the ppl who got this pics and videos stated long time ago they hacked into the cousins facebook or were simply added by friends of the cousins who had access to their accounts...it's this simple.
my god..just stop already playing dumb on this videos fiasco...the whole mj forums-blogs livejournals facebooks net knows how those videos popped up,some fans even contacted the cousins to have them removed!
They were online long time ago and the responsability is not on those bunch of 13 yo kids who stole them but on the cousins who uploaded shit just to show off.

Exclusive: The Jackson family knows all about the web cam videos on YouTube starring two of Michael Jackson's children, Paris and Blanket, and they want them taken down and the culprits who leaked them found. Reached by phone, Joe Jackson tells PopEater, "We don't know who [the hacker] was, but we're trying to find out." He says the family "doesn't want the videos on YouTube" and completely rules out any chance that Paris and Blanket put them up.

The bulk of the videos star 8-year-old Blanket -- acting out movie scenes, telling imaginative tales -- but two feature his sister Paris, 12. One video is of her simply saying, "Monkey, please help," while the other shows Paris lip-synching over an Omer Bhatti rap song.

In the room with Blanket is his cousin Donte, the adopted son of Randy Jackson. On his Twitter around the time the vids emerged, he said his "privacy is precious" and slams "others who live to violate."

Family matriarch Katherine Jackson recently arranged for Donte and his mother, Alejandra, along with several other cousins, to move out of the family compound. A family friend close to the situation tells us that the videos may have been recorded while they were all still living in the house. Alejandra has children with both Randy and Jermaine.

The source says the family is taking steps to have the videos removed.

According to the account owner of the KingOfPopKids YouTube channel, which posted many of the clips of Paris and Blanket, Jackson "fans" were responsible for hacking into their accounts online and posting the personal videos.

"Some 'fans' got into one family member account (Facebook and Photobucket) and posted them on the Web," the user told PopEater in an e-mail interview. "I have been told the account was public and then made private."

The user, who did not give a name, said he/she already removed one video after being contacted by Jackson family friend Omer Bahtti, and vowed to yank more if that's what the family wants.

"If they ask for the videos to be removed, we will surely respect their demand."

Over the course of their childhood, Michael kept his children's lives extremely private. Paris, Blanket and their older brother Prince were rarely seen in public, and on the rare occasion they were and could potentially be filmed or photographed, the singer covered their faces with masks or sheets. With the emergence of these videos -- coupled with the public appearances the children have made since their father's death -- those days are clearly gone.

they should have done something when older fans contacted 3T, Genevieve, Grace, Alejandra Omer atc and other older cousins telling them that some forums (and they are several 12-13 yo kids so I don't think they are fully aware of the consequences here) had those videos and pics...these fans got no reply which is kinda funny since all these relatives-insiders are always willing to communicate with their "followers" that were added in masses after MJ died, for far less serious issues...anyway,they don't have to search for a hacker,you don't have to hack a PUBLIC photobucklet account!
and this was happening 2 months ago and also last year before xmas.
the family had all the time to do something before blanket and paris ended up between porn stars sex tapes and lindsey lohan drug problems news...
this is a very dangerous game they are playing being so carefree with those kids.

I don't really buy the "hacker fan theory". I'm sorry, but in the moment that you upload something on line everybody knows that at some level the privacy is gone. Nobody should have put them on line in first place, also because... I admit I saw one of the videos (not that I'm proud of). It's really totally uninteresting stuff, just kids being kids. Why uploading them??? It's not something that make sense to show to facebook friends.

You can't isolate the kids from the whole world. Social isolation can be very dangerous - do I have to say why?

Not everything MJ did was right. As a student of psychology i find this paranoid obssesion with kidnapping very disturbing and potentially dangerous (without any disrespect).
Anyway, since we can't discuss this here (censorship), i won't go into it.

Back to topic. Video leaking is of course violation of kid's rights and i can only wonder who leaked the video - it was someone from "inside". It's sad, but some people will always exploit others. Anyway, i hope that kids wont get stress by this events.

My opinion is, that someone (or persons) within the Jackson family deliberately released these videos for the purpose of exploiting Michael Jackson's children for money.
My prayer:angel: is that this situation has already been corrected with the departure of Randy and Jermaine Jackson, their wife, Alejandra, and their children and nephews and nieces: Donte, Ginevieve, Randy Jr. Jaafar, and Jermajisty.

I'm talking about the websites based on the children, not these videos. The Jackson Family includes a whole lot of people including Katherine Jackson, their guardian. That is who I am talking about primarily, not the cousins, perhaps I should have been more specific. If there is no hope of their guardian being able to get those websites removed from the internet then who?

Also, putting a video on your facebook or your youtube account and then it spreading everywhere does not get you money. If the video had appeared on a gossip website as an exclusive ie. NOT on youtube or anywhere else first then that could make you money.

I know..I think the Malniks were responsible for most of the early stuff though - Nancy Malnik made a facebook page with lots of photos to show the world MJ as a 'real father, friend and person'... they spread to youtube as ppl made videos out of them and all over fan sites. There was also a video of the kids, Grace and the Malnik kids putting on a show for MJ in 2003.. the video was filmed by the Malnik woman, you can hear her speaking whilst recording. When that video came out, and more photos, Nancy Malnik said that Grace's email was hacked when Malnik was sending her the photos.. Michael wanted his children out of the press -is such horrible thing that a good father wish, right? - want they could leave the house without being chased by paparazzi, Tito has said when Michael was alive the children walk quietly in the street and nobody knew who they were, because the masks, veils etc..

Since the death of Michael, I have not seen one person even mention there's something wrong with the education he gave to his children. On the contrary all I hear is Michael was a GREAT & EXEMPLARY FATHER.

hmm a hard question..

I believe people can have websites for MJ's kids as they are public figures , so I don't think you can get the websites closed

the question becomes the content and what can you get removed

any picture taken in public places (such as paparazzi pictures taken on the street) can be published as there's no expectation of privacy in public places.

copyright of a picture is owned by the person that takes it, so if their private photos are being used they can make a copyright claim but on the other hand if these pictures/videos were posted to online accounts by the owners (as these sites and people that leak the photos claim) then that's a different story as people can claim that once they are posted online they became public domain.

although the pictures and videos are definitely is hurting the kids privacy, there's nothing inappropriate about them (it's just kids being kids) and they are not being sold or the websites that post them does not ask for money or membership. so exploitation is out as well.

if somebody hacked into the accounts and stole them then it's a cyber crime and you can sue them but the difficulty is that you need to be able to identify the actual hacker.

in short they can probably get some of the pictures/videos removed by making copyright claims but as it's by now on hundreds even on thousands of websites it will be a really hard thing to do. they have to track every one of the websites (even international), contact them, send them legal requests and sue them if necessary.. so as you can see it's not really that feasible thing to achieve.

A better strategy will be to find and stop the leak (whether the cousins posting these stuff online, whether a friend of the cousins who is copying them or an hacker that steals these stuff)
