I never agreed with the veils but it seems that all Michael's effort at keeping their privacy has gone to waste in less than a year.

I guess they are all mad cause they got the boot. Plus are panic stricken cause they don't have their mother, Katherine to look out for their own kids. Damn, will they ever grow up an be responsible parents ???:doh: Maybe not.

It was so awesome for them to be able to go out without the veils and nobody had a clue who they were. No stalking, no papz...Michael did great about that.

very true. very rarely were they spotted when they went out without mj. and when the were spotted it was usually cause grace was with them and she was becoming known to the paps. mj was spot on. heck the kids even went out shopping in london in march and no ever knew at the time. doubt they could do that now.all that happens now is paps crashing into their cars and stalking them where ever they go. and ppl have the cheak to critizie mj.provern right once again
 
Thanks :yes:. Well I saw one of the photos from the Malnik's facebook group on the cover of OK or Hello magazine in the UK. It was MJ in a blue superman (i think) tshirt and Paris and Prince in dress up clothes. Some of those photos also appeared on online gossip sites and news sites.

Now these videos from whoever are on the gossip sites, news sites and msn homepage. Its ridiculous. I don't know how it can be right as they are minors.

Pap pictures are bad but this is even more of a privacy violation. Pap pictures come and go but people are more attracted to this private stuff, especially video. I thought California brought a law that people are able to sue for invasion of privacy.. even able to sue paps. Wasn't this mentioned when those paps crashed into one of the cars?

Yes stopping the leak is priority..even if it means banning the webcam from the home. Problem is a lot of laptops have webcams in built now so it might not just be a case of taking a camera away.

We hardly ever saw the kids before, hardly heard them speak, and now they are everywhere.

the question becomes the content and what can you get removed

any picture taken in public places (such as paparazzi pictures taken on the street) can be published as there's no expectation of privacy in public places.

copyright of a picture is owned by the person that takes it, so if their private photos are being used they can make a copyright claim but on the other hand if these pictures/videos were posted to online accounts by the owners (as these sites and people that leak the photos claim) then that's a different story as people can claim that once they are posted online they became public domain.

although the pictures and videos are definitely is hurting the kids privacy, there's nothing inappropriate about them (it's just kids being kids) and they are not being sold or the websites that post them does not ask for money or membership. so exploitation is out as well.

if somebody hacked into the accounts and stole them then it's a cyber crime and you can sue them but the difficulty is that you need to be able to identify the actual hacker.

in short they can probably get some of the pictures/videos removed by making copyright claims but as it's by now on hundreds even on thousands of websites it will be a really hard thing to do. they have to track every one of the websites (even international), contact them, send them legal requests and sue them if necessary.. so as you can see it's not really that feasible thing to achieve.

A better strategy will be to find and stop the leak (whether the cousins posting these stuff online, whether a friend of the cousins who is copying them or an hacker that steals these stuff)

If ur talking bout what I think u are that was on youtube ages ago and I don't think its Blanket. Same kid as the 'blanket in hospital with nanny' one.....when u hear the kid speak it is obviously not blanket...the parents are having thier kid pose as blanket sad.

*And by the way a group of us contacted (nicely and politely) the owner of that channel jojocalicity about it and they refused to change the video titles from saying they were 'blanket joseph jackson'.. they say thier kid is called blanket jojo.

If anyone sees a new video of the kids it is probably best not to come and advertise it to everyone.
 
i think right now stopping leak is very imp..........what ever is out is out .public have short term memory if u don't feed them they will forget about this.we have to worry about fan sites for these kids.

MJ3s, like it or not, will never have a normal life.

First obvious reason; Just being Michael Jackson's kids.

Second: they are heirs to a huge fortune and legacy and just for that alone are susceptible to be kidnapped, armed or exploited at some point in their lives. And everybody in this house should be aware of that.

Like anyone cares about those cousins being in the videos. It would be more appropriate for Katherine to release a statement assuring that she'd protect the privacy of tree orphaned children, living under her care, now more than ever as this happened.. but oh well why even bother.
 
it's nice to know that alejandra is voicing her concerns and clearing the situation,maybe she will also reconsider her role in tipping paparazzi along with his ex husband randy.that would be cool.

Even though we did it unintentionally we're still bringing this issue to everyones attention. Those who didn't know about it as soon as they saw this thread probably went to Youtube and typed in "LEAKED BLANKET VIDEO" This thread has gone on for 22 pages and nothing really has been solved.. I wish we could just let this be history.

Why she is not monitoring her kids ?.she don't have to worry about their privacy because these kids have been putting their videos on you-tube ,facebook,myspace from long time ,no one was interested in them ,no one hacked their computer then.when ppb got involve in this ,mess went out of hand.she has some nerve to talk about their privacy.
