This Is It is the never-before-told and often shocking inside story of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, and his personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray. Told by Murray who was far more than Jackson's doctor. He was also one of Jackson's closest friends and his only confidante. It was to Dr. Murray that Jackson unloaded years of his and his family's deepest and darkest secrets.

This Is It, with its pages packed with explosive revelations and startling news, is a riveting and unprecedented accounting of Michael Jackson's final months. It is also Murray's fast paced story and how his life finally crossed with Jackson in a way that bound them together forever.

Murray gives readers a thrilling ringside seat for the destructive wars fought for money and power by Michael's advisors, managers, lawyers, and promoters. This Is It exposes how working for Michael Jackson was often a blood sport as so-called friends and advisors schemed to influence the star and control his rapidly evaporating fortune.

In this no-holds-bar account, Conrad Murray answers all of the mysteries still swirling around Michael Jackson, from whether or not he was a pedophile to what really happened during the last night of Jackson's life, and how Dr. Murray was made a scapegoat for the recklessness and misbehavior of sycophants around the King of Pop. This Is It is the last chapter of Jackson's life, told as no one else knows it. Conrad Murray is the man to whom the singer gave a key to unlock the secrets and finally answer the riddle: "Who was Michael Jackson?"

I heard one urban radio station talking about this today and they went off. As they were saying "what fool will buy this book". And one said Murray I slim and then lowest of the burrell. The female co host did not to say no more about it and told them lets move on please. Priceless.

Did the media do with this shit what they did with the child porn story? They spread it everywhere?
I thought it was only in the British rags.

I didn't see the child porn story on tv but I just saw a clip about Murray's book discussed on the Talk.
They all think Murray is despicable and rolled their eyes at some of the "revelations".
(Sorry I can't post it here. Maybe somebody else can.

It was talked on an Urban radio but they were ticked off; however, the station does NOT have it on their website and will not post it. So it was good for MJ.

"how Dr. Murray was made a scapegoat for the recklessness and misbehavior of sycophants around the King of Pop."

Poor delusional Conrad M is still at it - what a sick man he is.
Snippet from Walgreen's closing speech
“Poor Conrad Murray,” “Michael Jackson is dead. And we have to hear about poor Conrad Murray and no doctor knows what it’s like to be in his shoes.”

I'm amazed how sociopath description suit to him to the T

Pathological Lying
Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.

Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt
A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.

The book This Is It, serialised in the Sunday Mirror this weekend and in the Daily Mirror next week, incredibly claims that Jackson wanted to marry a famous British child actress – after falling in love when she was just 11 years old.

2 articles out from Mirror, but nothing out since they published Emma W thingy? I wonder if the Estate did something to stop this bs?

So it's called this is it??? Bwhaha

Can't the mj estate sue him for that title alone considering mj came up with that for HIS TOUR?

Intresting. Normally they go on for upto a week

I wouldnt call two articles that bubs.normally when they do that it goes on for at least 3-4 days .either something happened or there really is so little in the book that even the mirror is struggling to find something to print

So after two days they stopped the series? I hope this means the Estate is in work.

Guys amazon has removed conrat's book!!!  :toofunny: :toofunny:

I reported it on Amazon last night too. Maybe a lot of people will and it will do some good.

I reported it too. I think what we should do is referring to legal problems like that some of the content of the book violates doctor-patient privilege and that in some US states it is also illegal for a convicted criminal to profit from his crime by writing a book.

@Elusive, have you got any response from Ipso?
I got 3 and the latest here, for which I need help from you.
This is the latest from Ipso to me:

Dear xxxx,

I write further to our earlier email.

Before we proceed, I would be grateful if you could provide us with a copy of the article under complaint or, if it appears online, a link to the article.

I would also be grateful if you could confirm the nature of your connection to the story? How do you know that a payment was made?

We look forward to receiving this information, and would appreciate your response within the next seven days.

With best wishes,
-------------------------

Does anyone have links to Mirror articles, without clicking it?
Can somebody help me to write sophisticated reply to them?

Thanks. I've never done that before so I wrote that he was a convicted murderer writing slanderous things about his victim. And that he shouldn't profit from his crime.
I read the reviews. You could tell people had read the book. All were bad but 2-they were glowing and I assume they were written by his girlfriends.

Or haters. That hater Desiree was bragging on her Twitter about buying it. She salivates at every negative crap on MJ. Funny that she is a fan of this book when it goes against the claims on her blog, namely that MJ hated women and girls. But I guess consistency was never a thing for haters. They just love anything salacious and trashy.

She's obsessed with him as are all of them. They just won't admit it.
Imagine if they didn't have him to bash on? What would they have in their lives?
Sad..;D

I havnt had any bubs. 3? Thats strange normally you just get an automated thanks for your email type. Asking for proof of payment. Well doh! Like the mirror did if for the joy of hating on mj.they hate him but not that much.thats upto them to investigate .i dont have any links. Anyone else got them without going there?

I wrote this so far, can you english speakers check that it is prim and proper

Dear Lauren Hay,

I am concerned citizen and find it extremely distasteful that any tabloids, in this case Mirror gave a convicted killer platform to promote his upcoming book. I cannot prove that Mirror paid for Conrad Murray (convicted killer) cash, but even if they didn't, they did pay as free advertising for this book.
Free advertising in exchange for exclusive interview should be considered as payment and according to Ipso rules states:
16. *Payment to criminals
i) Payment or offers of payment for stories, pictures or information, which seek to exploit a particular crime or to glorify or glamorise crime in general, must not be made directly or via agents to convicted or confessed criminals or to their associates – who may include family, friends and colleagues.

ii) Editors invoking the public interest to justify payment or offers would need to demonstrate that there was good reason to believe the public interest would be served. If, despite payment, no public interest emerged, then the material should not be published.

What you think?

^^

Looks like they are filing copyright infringement claims but they are wrong. Don't be surprised if it doesn't stick.

How odd. Do these people blog for a living or is this just a hobby.

On another note,
I didn't realize eBay sold new books.

I just looked at that eBay photo on twitter. They just don't have any to resell because it's not out yet, I think.
