Yes, Michael is no longer here to see this happen, but his children are and the children and Michael's legacy is what I care about protecting.



I have one question right now: Where the hell is Michael's family? Why are they not out there defending him? Why are they not going on tv shows like Wade and defending Michael? Why?! Don't they care? I'd happily go on a tv show and defend Michael, but no one cares what I have to say. The Jackson's have the power to call Wade out here and they're chosing not to do so. I am dumbfounded by this.
Except for what Jermaine said and a few tweets from Taj no one from the family has come to Michael's defense. It seems us fans care more than they do....

Just scanned through the thread because this and the aeg case is making me physically ill and im off on hols in a couple of weeks and i refuse to let those bastards spoil it. so im sraying out of these threads ad much as poss as ignorance is bliss.

anyway what hes claiming now is even more unbelievable than the represssed memories.should have stuck to that. has mj being manipulating him this last for years aswell. was mj manipulating him to attend those barbies in vegas.was he manipulated to attend the memorial and the funeral write in the opus and give all those interviews upto nine months ago. i guess w.r is pretty tapped if hes only just realised what abuse was even when he heard what the arvizos were claiming etc. he is pathetic a joke to the great land of Oz. hope branca and co tear him apart and the kids remember these programes that hes parading himself on when toya wants to sell them

A judge could order the attorneys to not speak about the facts, but my understanding is that it has not happened in this case. I suspect that Mr Robsons lawyers will go into chambers with lawyers from the Michael Jackson estate and maybe even Mr Robson will be present, I don&#8217;t know it may just be his lawyers and they&#8217;ll kick around issues that concern this particular motion and the judge may listen to each side and may tell them what he is likely to rule on. They may come into court and a judge may rule or they may even decide I&#8217;m not going to issue a final rule where witnesses are called, I just don&#8217;t know what the judge is going to do but your allowed to file documents under seal, you can&#8217;t just file anything under seal, there&#8217;s got to be a reason for it, yet Wade is running around revealing what&#8217;s in the sealed documents &#8211; well that&#8217;s going to help support an argument to unseal it, which I suspect the media will be happy with.<o:p></o:p>

The seal works like this &#8211; you file documents in an envelope and you request you want them filed under seal and the you file a further document informing the court of certain materials filed under seal for reasons of privacy or reasons of attorney/client privilege or there&#8217;s also the privilege between professionals and their patients. People often talk about theattorney/client privilege, but what they don&#8217;t realise is that there&#8217;s a physician/patient privilege as well, so they probably filed these documents in a manila (?) envelope,and requested it to be filed under seal and have then alerted the judge to the right of privacy or were relevant to the motion and I suspect they willdiscuss these documents in chambers so there is no public audience, but I think at somepoint the media is going to say &#8216;unseal this stuff&#8217; and as I said if he is running around speaking to everybody andgiving private details he may make it easier for the media to get a hold of those documents. He also says that he suspected his pre-recorded interview with the Today show would appear this morning and that he would be watching it, however unfortunately they never used his interview in their segment.

His lawyer said himself the claim was made now due to repressed memories, didn't he? And now that asshole changed to "I always knew it I was in denial."

they are prob more bothered about how this is gonna effect their chances of winning the AEG than what its doing to mj and the kids. being bothered about mjs legacy isnt the highest of their priorites

No, it was best for the Jackson to keep quiet because no one was hardly talking about Wade or people were making a joke out of Wade. Now that this happen and if Wade continue to go on shows, then yes, I see the Jacksons talking. This is day one so lets wait and see what the Jackson are going to do tomorrow.

I was talking about now that Wade's done that interview. He's already scheduled for another interview but we have yet to hear of any of the Jackson's being scheduled for one.

Oh please, then why did he continue to DEFEND MJ even after death and HELP JERMAINE with his book in celebrating MJ and talk great things about MJ LAST YEAR in July 2012 on Masters of Legend which is on Youtube. See this idoit is digging a hole.

I'm reading what he sai, he was abused by an uncle on his mother's side and MJ was a support system to her and him, he is talking about the letter mj send to his mother Ibelieve the one in which he warned her of a predator in the family > sad to hear that Taj

Well, the interview was just today. We have to give them time to come out. This evening or tomorrow is when I may expect something from the family IF this story gets bigger.

I want Jermaine to come out blasting because Jermaine worked with Wade in 2011 or 2012 on his book. Jermaine can surely blast Wade because Jermaine has first hand accounts on Wade.

I'm just reading up on everything. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and thought perhaps a shrink had brainwashed him into believing false memories after his mental breakdown, but now I'm convinced he's doing this for money. I can't believe anyone would sink this low. It's so obvious that he's trying to garner sympathy by talking about how his behaviour is typical for an abuse victim. Of course, I know that he's lying but I'm trying to imagine how a neutral person would respond to this. It sounds pretty reasonable if you don't know the details. That's what's scary. This isn't like the Arviso case with claims so outrageous you can't do anything but laugh at them. He even brings in his son, which always does well with the public.

If this goes to trial, he will have to answer the following questions, though:

1) Why did he not come forward in 2003-2005 to say that MJ abused him? Wade was in his mid-20s at this time, old enough to know he would not go to jail if he admitted that he was abused as a child. This was his chance to put Michael behind bars for a long time, yet he chose to defend Michael vehemently instead.

2) Why was Michael adamant to have Wade as a witness in a child molestation trial if he really did abuse him for 7 years, knowing Wade was going to be interrogated about this very topic? Why would Michael voluntarily take such a risk? Remember, Wade's friend claimed Michael "begged" Wade to testify back in 2003-2005.

3) If MJ called Wade daily to practice role-playing, how did this raise no suspicion with Wade's mother (and other family members) and with the FBI, who was investigating MJ at this time?

4) If Wade does not care about money or fame, why is he filing a creditor's claim and why is he going on tabloid TV shows to tell "his truth"?

5) Does Wade really expect people to believe that he only now realises, when he's in his mid-20s, that an adult having sex with a child is wrong, especially considering the fact that Wade was asked questions about this throughout his life and testified about it in a criminal trial? He didn't realise this last year when he was still gushing about Michael in interviews? REALLY?

Things just don't add up.

Is it because people tired of his imitating Michael Jackson since he was 5 years old and this becomes stale to people looking for some fresh ideas and Wade Robson isn't satisfied with just teaching and mentoring but really feels he is entitled to the level of Travis Payne and Jamie King, who are both working for Cirque du Soleil and the Michael Jackson Estate?

He honestly thinks that since a SMEAR campaign that worked for Evan Chandler in 1993 will make Wade Robson disappear? Isn't it why Michael Jackson fought the charges in 2005, because it was the only way to stop these vultures from a get rich quick scheme!

Does anyone know what letter Taj is talking about? I haven't seen it but he says many already have, so I suppose it's been made public? So sorry to hear this :( I bet it must be extra painful to him as a real victim.
