We've fought for Michael since 1993, and if this fool thinks he can shake us with his blatant lies and utter crap, he's in for a rude awakening.

I can't find those exact posts at the moment, but it seemed to me that following the Today's show airing there were a few coments about how Wade was uncredible for not adressing other victims of abuse at all, showing his support for people suffering in silence and to have courage to share their stories or whatever. And then a little while later there was a post with a statement from Wade that he wanted to add basically the same thing, adressing other victims of sexual abuse. Did I imagine this? If not, then it seems that we should be quite careful in what we discuss here so as not to give him any smart ideas. Wade's main strength is that he himself was basically a fan of Michael's and perhaps even a member at different communities, so he knows stuff that we as fans are in a unique position to know. We shouldn't help him out too much, I feel.

PS Thank god for T Mez, that's one heck of a guy to have on our team!

agreed. I still think we should move this discussion to a protected forum in an effort to not give Wade and his team any help....Remember what happened back during the 05 trial? They changed the damn dates because we quickly found holes in the story.... let's not repeat that...
 
Casting more doubt on Robson’s new claims, in an interview with Master Class Legends — uploaded to You Tube in July, 2012 — the choreographer gushed about the time he spent with Jackson as a child--------- This is what I saw posted on another web site. This guy talks great about MJ even after death.

Yes, I posted something like that a few pages back. You didn't imagine that. When I read Wade's new statement, I literally kicked myself. I regret posting that now. He's reading these boards closely. I'm sorry about that.

And that's what they should do. It's not time yet to come out with everything the Estate has. For now I think it's better if they just watch and take note of his every word, every action.

Can we tell by the doc (the piece of doc) that TMZ posted about the lawsuit (hereunder) what is Wade actually doing ? does this mean he is asking to file under seal before actually filing ? So he hasn't files anything yet, he's asking for the possibility to do it under seal ?

Below the pic, what TMZ had to say about it- pretty much what some of you said : if plan A (creditor's claim) doesn't work, then there's plan b (lawsuit)

Wade Robson WILL have his day in court in his attempt to prove he was molested by Michael Jackson ... even if he's shut down by the Michael Jackson Estate.

TMZ has learned ... Robson has filed a civil lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court ... and it has nothing to do with his creditor's claim against the Estate. We broke the story ... Robson belatedly filed his creditor's claim, alleging MJ molested him between the ages of 7 and 14.

Robson may get shut down by the probate judge because he waited too long to file his claim. But the civil lawsuit we found will NOT go away that easily.

The allegations in the civil lawsuit are sealed, but TMZ has obtained the face page of the complaint, which shows Robson is suing DOE 1, an individual, DOE 2, a California corporation, and DOE 3, a California corporation. As for who these anonymous DOES are ... TMZ has done some digging, and it's clear. Robson is targeting MJJ Productions -- Michael's record label (owned by Sony) which hired Wade when he was 11 -- and MJJ Ventures ... which produced Michael's music videos.

The two corporations may have been involved in bringing Wade to the U.S. from his home in Australia, and it's clear Wade will argue they had some responsibility for protecting him -- kind of like the relationship between priests who molest and the Catholic Church.

As for the individual DOES (Wade names 50 DOES) ... it's very clear from our research that Robson is targeting the two executors of the MJ Estate -- John Branca and John McClain.

Short story -- even if Wade loses in probate court, he can probably have his day in civil court and put Michael Jackson and allegations of molestation before a jury.

Don't worry about too much, honestly. That first interview is already out there - and the fact that he had to shove that in there as an afterfact. It will be noticed. The fact the he does trash shows speaks for itself. This is not a PBS documentary - Entertainment Tonight? Nobody is going to take that seriously.

The wrongdoing is on Robson. It's not like any of us spewing any personal knowledge of dates etc - talking in general terms. I understand that somebody is probably reading along - but heck, even when the dates suddenly switched in 2005 - that actually helped Michael.

Same here. Actual truth will always emerge, even if it takes a while. If I were a associate of his or had other more detailed knowledge - I wouldn't put it here, either. But it's Robson who's doing wrong.
I'm sure Robson's lawers also cruise boards where abuse victims are talking - should they stop talking, too? Robson doesn't appear that brilliant -otherwise he wouldn't have done this in the first place. Others in the media are also picking up the cognitive dissonance of him saying "this is not for money" while filing a creditor's claim.
Walters even questioned Robson bringing his son into it.

no you did not imagine anything. I made a comment after I watched the interview that he did not acknowledge victims of abuse and did not apologize for the Arvizos, something he would have done if indeed he truly regret defending his so called abuser.

Any decent attorney is able to notice the same things members here have noticed - Robson would be blasted left and right with his inconsistencies and especially how the story changes and keeps changes. Robson is undoing himself.

No, Michael was defended on View by Whoopi Goldberg (that is expected) and Barbara Walters (that is surprising). They said they did not believe Wade.

Robson wasn't on the view - he was merely discussed. I honestly don't recall much audience reactions, I was just trying to remember what was said. Basically 2 out of 4 hosts rolled their eyes at Robson, one other was torn but sided with Michael at the end.

Wasn't anything grounded breaking, I just found it interesting that Barbara Walters out of all people went for Michael.

So - I found it very notable that mainstream gossip TV picked up on the inconsistencies. If a gossip show figures out that saying you're not doing if for the money while filing a creditor's claim is plain nonsense - than other people will see this also for what this is.

The hosts also brought up Robson dragging his son into it and the pain this causes.
Walters had an interesting observation : "He said he suddenly started to imagine what would happen if someone did this to his son..." and then she trailed off. She essentially implied the effects of imagination on a new father.

Thanks. Anyway, I hope everyone can see this mess for what it is. This is proof that all of these people who accused MJ is full of it. All the people who ever accuses MJ ALWAYS changed their stories, ALWAYS caught in a lie, NEVER make any sense, always calm and take things in stride, ALWAYS want money, and now claim repress memory, etc. Look at REAL child molestations cases. THERE ARE ALWAYS CREDIABLE people and the accused is the one who does the opposite in telling lies, changing stories, etc. MJ was UNDER intense investigations even with the FBI and NOTHING was ever found to make him look like he was abusing children (I believe the only reason why the 2005 case was done was for TOm Sneddon to talk about the 1993 case for his own intake. The 2005 trial was a joke). MJ NEVER changed his story and never did anything that suggest he was hiding anything. But these lying fools who accuses him does. It angers me. I will continue to say this mess from 1993 is some of the cause that made MJ die early. Believe me, If MJ was alive, Wade would not be doing this but hey, MJ is dead, his estate is making millions and some what to use this bad part of his life (lies of child abuse) to make money.

^^ The more he speaks to the media the more he'll change his story. He's already doing it. It's like the game telephone. By the time he speaks to the last person, it won't even be the same story. Hopefully people catch on to this.

And here is another clue this fool is lying. In 1993, Wade was 10. Around this time, MJ was under intense investigation still. In 1994, MJ was with LMP and still dealing with the investigations. Wade claim MJ was abusing him until he was 14. Wade turned 14 in 1997.
