[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

It will be damaging for Wade. His whole life of defending Jackson from a TEEN to and ADULT will work against him; even when he did the Today show, majority of he media did not over him and the other half reported it but somewhat made a mockery about him. Again, most people can see trash but haters get the most attention.

And this is why the ppls will not believe Wade he defend Michael all the way up to 2012.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

but if you're going to make an allegation with the agenda of ultimately receiving financial compensation, you're not going to turn around and say "I have a vague recollection that he may have done something untoward." That ain't going to get you anywhere.

I don't think these people have any "vague recollection of something untoward". They simply want money and are making up any story to get it. As simple as that.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Like tickle me elmoy from 05.perfect example

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Robson is accusing dozens of people of facilitating child abuse but after three years he still doesn't know who they are?
After reviewing thousands of pages his lawyers still don't know who operated the most sophisticated child abuse system the world has ever known?
How come they don't have to name them? The Estate sure would want to depose them.

robson.jpg

So this has been going on for 3 years and they don't have names of anyone who allegedly ran this alleged child abuse ring. Also do they know why the FBI didn't break the supposed ring after investigating MJ for 20 years?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

He looks bad.. Really old and evil.

He is evil and I hope he leads a miserable life and eventually dies in the flames of hell.
He needs a disease to eat him from the inside cuz he is a rotten bitch faced entitled piece of shit.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Agree

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

He looks bad.. Really old and evil.

He does. He also looks pretty calm all things being considered. How more insane can this whole thing get?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

How much damaging for that scum is he showed his claim "he's unable to work" because of his realization of the abuse is a complete and utter bullshit?

Right! Didn't he say he couldn't direct or choreograph anymore?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

He working and he is living a normal life he is not a victim of abuse he just want ppls to believe that. When he came out on the Today Show and claim he was sexual abuse by Michael he was hoping the Estate would settle but that backfire on him so Wade had to work .

Yeah, he could fit that description.

Just to clarify, I wasn't suggesting for one second that Wade legitimately has "vague recollections of something untorward" having happened. I hope you didn't get that from what I was saying. The most sympathetic case of events regarding Wade making these allegations imo, are that after years of being interrogated on the subject, perhaps he genuinely started to look at MJ in a different light, after the authorities, the media and haters relentlessly trying to push the angle of MJ being a pedophile.

It could start out as simple as him thinking that it wasn't appropriate on MJ's part to put Wade into that position where he had to defend him. The authorities questionning a 12 year old about sexual abuse is not something they're likely to forget in a hurry. People are different and some people may find that quite a traumatic experience, even if nothing actually happened. And then factor in Wade's blatant entitlement complex and delusions of grandeur (which he held MJ accountable for) and the very obvious lure of a massive financial reward, it isn't hard to see how Wade could very easily delude himself into rewriting his own history...

We're talking about grown men in their thirties here, trying to recall specific events from their childhood. It isn't hard to believe how Jason Francia could think that tickling could've been something more, or how someone else could mistake MJ's affectionate nature (he was a very touchy-feely person with everyone in his life, adults and kids) for something more sinister. It's not beyond the realms of possibility that an innocent hand holding or peck on the cheek could, after years of suggestability, be warped into grooming.

I'm mainly playing devils advocate here, as I don't actually believe this is the case with Wade at all. I actually believe, based on the fact that he seems angrier about his "unfulfilled prophecies" than his so-called sexual abuse, that he is just a spoilt brat, used to getting his own way, that he's work-shy and used to having things fall in his lap and is now looking for someone to blame for his life not turning out how he imagined.

While suggesting memories can happen I don't think it is that in this case (like you also concluded in the last paragraph).

The only one out of the five that I can imagine that is maybe, just maybe Jason Francia. He was this 13yo kid when he was interrogated by the police, he did not remember anything untoward but the police kept pressuring him and blatantly telling him what he should "remember" - that he was definitely inappropriately touched while MJ tickled him and he should "remember" that. The pressure, that it was authorities in a high pressure situation telling him his memories were wrong (and he was a kid with learning difficulties so he might have been especially suggestible to it when people in authority told him his memories were wrong and what would be the "right" thing to say), that he was later also put into "therapy" by the prosecution (where it could be made sure that his new "memories" got cemented) - so that situation may lead to these kind of false, planted memories. But despite of all that I am not even sure about that even Jason Francia believes his own lies or he simply went along to be left alone by the police and his greedy mother.

I think it is a huge giveaway that their parents do not feature in either Robson's or Safechuck's stories and none of the blame is put on them. If they truly believed their own stories the first living people who they should be furious with were their own parents, who were there, who let those sleepovers happen etc - not some remote strangers at MJ's companies.

Now, looking at some of the mental gymnastics practices that Wade is into (eg. the visualization practices he talked about in the video I linked) I can imagine that he is trying hard to convince himself of his story and his new assumed identity as a "victim". He did refer to new age stuff and self-help stuff on his FB, linked to video lectures that said things like „But over time, I've come to feel that the truth is irrelevant. We call it finding meaning, but we might better call it forging meaning.” ( http://www.ted.com/talks/andrew_sol...ts_in_our_lives_make_us_who_we_are/transcript ) Later he deleted the comment that linked to this lecture, BTW. I am sure these ideas were not created for people to justify their lies about others and I realize this above lecture has a different context, but someone like Wade with a mental illness and no morals can corrupt these thoughts and take them as an encouragement to create their own "alternative reality" in their mind and to "build a new identity" out of the lies that he is trying to convince himself and and others of.

Still, despite of these efforts to convince himself of his new "identity" as a "victim" I don't think he actually believes it. He knows that it is not true despite of whatever mental gymnastics and visualizations he is doing to himself. Like I said the stance towards their parents says it all. Eventually and mainly this is about money, not anything else. The rest is just maybe trying to feel better about themselves, but then if someone is a sociopath (as it well may be the case here) they do not even really need self-justification as they don't have any remorse anyway.

Robson did delete references to this shooting from his own FB. Maybe they thought if it was only on Insta it will stay under the radar. He is a shameless liar, that is very obvious.

I was really struck by Mrs. Holmes a Court in this video when I saw it a few years ago. He hung onto her and she has a first hand view of what he was really like-and she was savvy enough to understand why Michael probably really wanted that catalog-for the great black artists' catalogs and not for the Beatles-and she also was able to clear up a lot of the misconceptions to this day that Michael outbid Paul for it.
But at the same time, how can you get that close to somebody and not really get it? I was infuriated that she actually watched him buy that skin disease book and not put 2 and 2 together later when he announced he had vitiligo and stayed under an umbrella. Or that people that are dynamos on stage are not always necessarily the same in real life-and most often, they are shy, insecure and private. Weird to me.

Edited to add: I ran across a YouTube video of Michael's arrival in Perth-he gets off the plane surrounded by military guys-and there are literally thousands of people there to see him-he gets a little close to the fans, a barrier breaks and it's just chaos-the camera is knocked all over the place. It's really terrifying-and to think this was just a regular every day occurrence for him by then-it's maddening.

I don't think these people have any "vague recollection of something untoward". They simply want money and are making up any story to get it. As simple as that.

They made it up and they got help. There's plenty of evidence that Safechuck's story was written by Gutierrez or someone
who was very familiar with his book, just like the Chandler story was written with the help of
Gutierrez.

Dr. Gardner's interview with Chandler:

"he got me to twist one of his nipples while I sucked on the other and he masturbated himself."
https://jacksonaktak.files.wordpress.com/2010/09/j-chandler-gardner-interview.pdf

The exact same thing comes up in Safechuck's tale twice.
First he says the first nipple twisting happened during the Bad tour in 1988.

safechuck1.jpg

Then he says this element was added later as the abuse escalated:

safehuck2.jpg

Obviously he can't have it both ways. But sloppy writing like this is typical of Gutierrez.

Movies with kids masturbating also came from Gutierrez's perverted mind, page 57 58

The movies that Michael rented could only be rented in this store. They
always dealt with loving and sexual relations between an adult and a boy.
Some of the other films which Jackson rented were ones in which young
boys appeared nude or half-nude in more than a few scenes. Most of
these were European films such as Robby and Pelle the Conqueror.
There were also liberal historic and foreign themes about minors who
prostituted themselves, some who were abused and ran from their
homes wearing only underwear and others who ran around naked
and masturbating, in such films as Vito and the Others, The
Decameron, Acla, Lakki, The Orphans and Freedom in Paradise.

Gutierrez wrote that the store was Video West in West Hollywood, supposedly in front of
the Larrabee recording studioes where MJ recorded some of his songs
and MJ arrived five minutes before they closed to choose his films
and he was registered under the name of one of his assistant and
on occasions his assistant , a woman, would go and rent films for him.
If any of this had been true it would have been easy to verify. The fact
that Sneddon never even tried to use this story against MJ proves
that none of it is true, MJ didn't rent any movie which had boys masturbating.

But it's part of Safechuck's complaint:

guti_safehuck_porn.jpg

In the book they are foreign film. In the complaint they are foreign books. Sure.
BTW no foreign pornographic book was ever found in MJ's condo or Neverland.

There is the classic Gutierrez idea that people were thinking about molestation as a love affair
and that the employees on the ranch knew about it but somehow didn't care.
In the Chandler's book Evan and supposedly his wife Natalie both talk about MJ and Jordan being in love.
Evan even says that he wanted the Aug 4 meeting because he wanted to know whether they were in love.
I don't know whether the Quindoys really had kids or not but if they did that makes it even more unlikely
that they would talk about a man molesting a boy as being the same as having an affair.
Notice the "there was gossip amongst the staff" angle.

quindoy.jpg

Compare this to what Gutierrez wrote about Estella Lemarque's attitude
and that everyone on the ranch knew. Pretty much the same nonsense.
And since Lemarque never claimed under oath that everyone on the ranch knew
or that it was a big joke this is obviously yet another example of Gutierrez putting
words in his "sources'" mouth.

Estella said that she was not supposed to speak about any of the relationships between
Jackson and the boys. "But everyone at the ranch knew. We would all joke about it
including the guards. It's a big joke."

Here's another example on page 78 where an employee claimed
everyone on the ranch knew but did nothing. On top of it
Gutierrez likes to think about MJ and the boys like couples,
I guess that has nothing to do with Safechuck's marriage story.
Gutierrez put in Melanie Bagnall's mouth:

"All of us at the ranch knew that Jackson had sexual relations with boys
and at times we would see them conversing like a couple. At times they would be
pushing and pulling hair on the floor, yelling like two women. It was normal to see them
throwing objects at each other while arguing. But we had to act as though we saw
nothing"

I have no doubt that Gutierrez in fact talked to the Quindoys and gave them ideas,
even though in his book he said he knew little about them. I don't think it's a coincidence
that the Quindoys repeated three of Gutierrez's favorite mantras:

1. underwear on the floor
Blanca Francia, Kassim Abdul also claimed to see underwear on the floor.
What are the chances of MJ leaving such evidence behind over and over again and
the only people who discovered it don't care when they see it but all go to the tabloids post-Chandler
and all are connected to Gutierrez.

2. Norma Staikos warned employees
In Gutierrez's book Estella Lemarque says that Norma warned her to kiss the Safechuck's ass
because they are the ones who could "change" (hurt) Michael.
Murdoch and Quindoys claimed that Norma warned them not to leave their kids alone with MJ,
again, like it's likely that out of all the employees Norma specifically warned four who just happen
to have ulterior motives and are all connected to Gutierrez.

3. They saw MJ and boys in the shower/Jacuzzi.
Molestation in the shower and while taking bath is a recurring element
in the Gutierrez's book, it comes up in Chandler's story, Ralph Cachon's story (which first featured Brett Barnes then they changed it to Jordan) and what a coincidence Blanca Francia and the Quindoys both have a shower/jacuzzi story too.
Like it's likely that MJ would openly molest kids where his staff can see everything and like it's likely
that the only ones who ever saw such a thing are all connected to Gutierrez.

guti_act.jpg

Now where did this come from? Gutierrez's book page 79.
This piece of shit wrote that MJ did THAT to Brett and Jordan after
asking Kasim Abdul whether he saw his jar of Vaselin. Right down to the
Jordan asked him not to do it again it's the same as Safechuck's story.

guti_medal.jpg

And the medallion is also mentioned on page 135

While I was introducing myself I noticed she had a gold chain with a medallion
about two and a half inches in diameter it had Jackson's profile on it. I asked her
if Jackson had given it to her and she said that he had given it to her son, it was
just that she liked to wear it.

More Gutierrez themes:
MJ disliked women, was jealous of girls and he married to improve his image

Dr. Gardner interview with Chandler:
"Say that again. You wouldn't know what else is out there?"
"Right. Like, he didn't like it if I would want to call a girl or something. You know, I
wouldn't know, like, there were other options."

Safechuck's complaint:
guti_girlfriend.jpg

women.jpg

safechuck_marrie.jpg

Gutierrez's book page 40, he puts these words in Jordan's mouth:

"Michael got upset when I looked at one of the prince's sisters,
who was fourteen years old and who was very pretty. Michael took
me by the arm and asked me what I saw in the girl. I told him that I thought
she was very pretty. Michael gave me a look like he was annoyed and he changed
the subject and kept playing" For Jordie the issue was closed but Jackson
wasn't through yet. Jordie never thought the incident with Jackson would cause
problems for the royal family. "The next day they prince, his sisters and the
governess had left the ranch. Nobody found out why the royal family
suddenly disappeared without even having the time to say good-bye
to us or to Michael. Michael knew but I didn't dare to ask" Jordie
explained.

and this on page 191:

He was resting in bed and while he was watching the TV he saw the image of Jackson
and it caught his attention. It was about his friend's marriage. He said he didn't believe it.
"Michael hates women!" He made me learn some phrases about how to hate women.
Jordie thinks Michael got married so he could pass for a man.

Of course we know that MJ wanted to marry ever since the 70s and wanted a big
family and wanted a real relationship with a woman and dated Lisa long before the allegations.
That MJ told Safehuck he will have to marry to improve his image doesn't make any sense.
MJ's image was perfectly fine before Aug 1993 in what way would his image have been improved
by getting married? It's like Gutierrez/Safechuck forgets that noone accused of MJ of being a pedophile
before Aug 1993. Typical Gutierrez sloppiness.

The girl Gutierrez talks about was the sister of Prince Albert Elisabeth von Thurn und Taxis
and MJ wasn't jealous of her at all, he played with her just like he played with Albert
and Jordan, no difference. She wrote about her experiences in Neverland
after MJ died here, nothing but good:
https://web.archive.org/web/2011071...nchsquarterly.com/2741/never-neverland-again/

Safechuck talks about MJ's nose and the band aid:

guti_nose.jpg

Gutierrez talks about MJ's nose and the band aid, page 37 38

Other people close to Jackson besides Jordie noticed the
prosthesis as well, like Blanca Francia. "It's a small piece of metal to give
form to his nose. He puts a band similar to a band aid over it to hold it in place.
Then he applies makeup to cover it up. It's painful to look at it, he doesn't
have any cartilage or bone left in his nose anymore."

If this goes to trial the Estate should absolutely expose Gutierrez and his connection to all these
despicable characters. If they don't they are either idiots or don't give a **** about MJ and his legacy.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

^ I realized that Safechuck's story reeks of Chandler's. "Duck butter" was an obvious giveaway and the nipple thing too. Of course, they will try to claim this a "pattern" but in reality it is copying the Chandlers' story, as well as the Arvizos in other elements (showing porn, giving alcohol).

I didn't realize though that the European/foreign child porn movies/book element and so many other elements come from Gutierrez's book, but I am not surprised. You are also right that the "underwear on the floor", "Norma Staikos warning people" and "shower/jacuzzi" thing are trademark Gutierrez elements. (I think the thing with Norma Staikos is also that she was the one who dealt directly with the firing, admonishing, disciplining etc. of these people, so these ex-employees basically all had a grudge against her - so they, possibly at the encouragement of VG, included her in their story in this negative way.) It is clear to me that both Wade and James used such sources as hater websites and ultimately Gutierrez's book to create their story. The Gutierrez elements are just way too many and way too specific. Which is funny, because even Jordan Chandler distanced himself from that sleazy book during the MJ vs. Gutierrez lawsuit in the 1990s when Gutierrez tried to depose him. And during that lawsuit Gutierrez was absolutely proven to be a liar and his book the fantasy of a perverted author. So heavily relying on that book is not a very wise thing from them.

Jordan_Chandler_declaration_VG_case_1.jpg

Jordan_Chandler_declaration_VG_case_2.jpg

Also from that lawsuit. Private investigator Eric Mason's declaration.

Eric_Mason_declaration.jpg

VG tried to blackmail MJ into a settlement by threatening with bad publicity (sounds familiar?).

Clipboard01.jpg

VG failed to show up for the verdict and when the Jurors asked his lawyer why he replied this. LOL.

Clipboard02.jpg

I don't know if these people really want to open the can of worms that is Victor Gutierrez. But by so heavily relying on his book is not too smart from them.

Does this mean that the estate has filed their opposition to Wade's amended complaint?

Same here.

I suppose its not really reply to that third amended complaint, but the legal reasons why judge should not grant Wade right to amend?
Anyways, I'm looking forward reading whatever they come up with.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

This is obviously a desperate attempt to make it look like the companies owned a duty of care
and Safechuck changed his story, all of a sudden he believes he was an employee of
both of those companies, sure he didn't know that for two years but now thanks to his new lawyers he does!
I can't imagine the judge not seeing through this.

safehuck1.jpg

He says he performed various work for the companies and MJ but he
didn't specify any actual work between 1988-1992 except performing
during the Bad tour for which he was not paid. MJJ Venture didn't even exist during the tour.
If that made him an employee then all the other kids who were on stage with MJ
became employees?

at 1:54

at 0:53

Wade Robson became and employee when he performed
with MJ in Australia?
Jermaine's son became an employee because he too danced on stage with MJ?
at 5:05

Safechuck dressed and danced like MJ because he was a fan that's why he wrote that letter
to MJ in March 1987, months after the Pepsi commercial and like with Robson, MJ didn't do
damn thing to establish reconnect with Safechuck. It was the other way around. He and his family
wanted to get to MJ! Now he talks like it was MJ and the companies who wanted him to be a miniature MJ! Oh sure.
Because MJ wanted a mini me to dance with him during every tour. Nope. It only happened during
those few months of the Bad tour because Safechuck wanted to be there and wanted to dance on stage
and wanted those MJ costumes just like he wanted the Thriller jacket.
The companies didn't hire him in any way. He and his parents were MJ's personal guests the same way the Cascios or the Barnes or
Gotham Chompra or the Chandlers were.

He says the companies compensated him with travel, food, lodging.

safehuck1.jpg

Then he says his parents got the same from the companies! So does that mean
the companies owned a duty of care to the parents too?

safechuck2.jpg

safehuck3.jpg

From a legal POV though is it enough to survive demurrer if he says that he is informed and believes
and alleges that he was employed or he has to specifically state as a fact that he was employed
and specify what kind of work he was doing?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

It all coming down to the companies Michael was the owner of the companies there was no reason to know so therefore companies are not ppls and you can not sie a dead man. Wade and James have no case.

Exactly.

Right now the issue is whether or not the judge will allow Robson to amend his complaint. Robson wanting to amend and Estate doesn't.

Only after if the judge allows the amended complaint, there will be a demurrer and the legal specifics will be mentioned.

What do they mean by " amend his complaint"?
