So how come Mr. Jermaine and his children were invited them, or does isn't he ''family''?

Maybe Jermaine invited himself....I have nothing against him
but he's been gettin on my nerves.

LOS ANGELES -- Michael Jackson's two oldest children will make an appearance at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles Sunday night during a tribute to their father, according to Jackson's father Joe Jackson.
It will be the first public appearance for Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11, since the public memorial service 12 days after their father's death last summer.
The children were originally going to take part in a much smaller Grammy event Sunday, at which they were going to accept their father's Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.
Instead, the children will be at the Sunday night tribute, a change agreed to by their grandmother and legal guardian, Katherine Jackson. Jackson's former manager, Frank Dileo, attended Saturday's event.
Prince Michael is expected to read a statement on behalf of the family during the tribute.
The youngest of the three Jackson children, 7-year-old Blanket, is not expected to attend the awards show.
The family has said the children won't walk the red carpet at Staples Center.
The Jackson tribute will be "extraordinarily emotional, moving and fitting," according to Recording Academy President Neil Portnow, who oversees the Grammy show.
Singers Carrie Underwood and Smokey Robinson are among the stars who will take part in the tribute.
Additionally, a segment of the 3-D video produced by Jackson shortly before his death for use in his "This Is It" tour will be shown.
