Did not know NBC LESTER HOLT is hosting the TCL affair. Just saw a preview on NBC Sunday TODAY show. He should be ashamed. Also the kids will be speaking at the private memorial in GARY.

I'm disgusted that NONE of the leading UK TV channels are showing any MJ-related programmes at all.
BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, and Sky One are all ignoring the first anniversary and only the music channels are showing anything.

Apparently, according to RF, Katherine Jackson did an interview with NBC's Dateline that will air opposite 20/20's programme on friday.

She is not sitting with NBC....Marc Schaffel sold the interview Katherine did last week to NBC.

Now RF is saying, Katherine will be available to sign copies of her book at the big red carpet gala on saturday. I thought TMZ said she was gonna be in Gary indiana with the kids???

Friday, June 25 double tribute to Michael Jackson for TCM with broadcasts of The Wiz at 5:40 pm, and HIStory World Tour, at 10.30pm . Looking peaceful yet safe for a child who became king early, acrobatic skills of an exceptional dancer, a boundless musical talent and eccentricities of a relentless provocateur, Michael Jackson went from being one of the five members of a gospel band in the late 60 years, to be the most acclaimed pop referent of the twentieth century.

Forger of a race like no other, coupled with a life full of controversy that led to the summit on 25 June last year killed the king of pop, leaving behind a torrent of devastation around the world. The news shocked millions of fans who mourned the death of his idol for days.
 
Just caught some of "Smash! Best of BET Awards". They featured Michael and James Brown at the 2003 awards. This aired from 10pm-11pm EST on BET. Not sure if there will be a rerun...

Oh drat. I was getting excited. The link did not say so I figured they meant in the US. But I just checked TCM's website and it did not have it there. I am so dissappointed.

Tonight top of pop special on bbc2..But it was shown be4..Still it was ver musical from what I remember..Little mention of the bs...Most is puerly music
 
Tonight, on UPN 9 (new york) at 8:00 Pm they are going to give the best of the World Awards performance and they are going to air Michael's "last TV performance" from 2006.
