I think that was Michael and Brad's thought from the beginning !! It's a BJ like song. The bass on the demo sounds even more like Billie Jean !! imho

I told you guys Hollywood Tonight is the best song inside the album with Behind The Mask, Another Day and Much Too Soon.... I prayed Sony to release it after Hold My Hand. This needs to be a single. Because it's a song the world will dance forever.

This song is so good. That it has convinced me, to buy the album. When I thought nothing could.

This song is so good, that when I thought nothing in the world could convince me to buy this album. It has done just that.

Any album that has this song on it deserves to be bought. Regardless of whether it includes questionable songs or not.

I share your opinion you posted a few days ago, Hollywood Tonight is amazing but Best Of Joy doesn't really do much for me. I love Much Too Soon, but it isn't a single. Still not sure on Behind The Mask and I like all the Cascio tracks, they're real but Breaking News has drowned out Michael's voice with James Porte (In my opinion). I hope Sony listened to you - I can see everyone dancing to Hollywood Tonight - it's so modern. I just hope Slave To The Rhythm is still modern when they release it, it fits in perfectly right now.

Haha well tbh i've considering whether to buy it or not for a while now. But this song single handedly made my mind up for me.

You know LTD, although I will not buy (it's a principle thing also for me), I enjoy this positive "breeze" at the forum and it is true the damage was done with the inclusion of the Cascio tracks in the album. Since we, the fans, failed to prevent that, making more damage won't help (so get him to nr1 spot!!!)

I am happy that there is some fantastic songs in there to easily overshadow the Cascio shit

EDIT Did I mention how I love HT? And this guitar is so ... yum!

Why is it necessary to specific the Cascio tracks EVERY FKING 5 MINUTES?

Sick of this...hope the Oprah interview will make everything clearer.

I have decided that since there is nothing we can do about the Cascio songs being on the album, I may as well focus on helping get THE NAME Michael Jackson to number 1 again.

I want people to say 'WOW! You cant stop Michael Jackson even after his death! He's still number 1 all over the world'

If I thought not buying the album would make a stand out point then I probably wouldnt buy it. But it doesnt make much difference.

So i'm pretty much buying it to get the name Michael Jackson to number 1. Along with the fact they havent gone through with cancelling my pre-order as of yet, and it will save me 1 blank CD-R. So I can just blast Another Day and Hollywood Tonight out in my car.

He didnt say that. he said 'the damage done to the album by the Cascio tracks' Whether you believe they are Michael or not it has caused at least a small ammount of damage to the album because the songs are questionable to many. It was a generally positive post which you should be glad for these days. Your post has been the most negative one in the thread so far my friend, it didnt need to turn into an arguement. Lets forget about it now anyway and continue the positivity! :)

"Hollywood" is clearly a feel good song. that's why I like it a lot
I know Michael wanted to go back to off the wall roots ;). His vocals ounds pretty different but it's really MJ for a 1000%

Guys,calm down.Sorry for being rude or if I offended somebody.I'm just tired of hearing about that songs over and over.I personally like them very much but I'm not talking about them in every thread.
If you need to express your feelings about them go to the right thread.

Hollywood Tonight is a killer track.Such a modern beat.I have waited so much to listen to Michael singing such kind of songs.If this will be released as a single(and I bet it will),it will stay on top 10 for a long time.

Can't wait for the full version of the song.I'll have it on reply till the end of the year.

Hollywood Tonight contains samples from Rocky Gonna Fly Now and from a track of Bell Biv Devoe (discovery copyrighted by Madd and Tim Brighton for the French fans lol)
