Also, the issue of Michael being an "alleged victim" seems wrong, however, it is appropriate from the standpoint of someone being innocent until proven guilty. So, altho it feels like a slap in the face right now, becuz Murray is planning to use the MJ injected himself theory, "alleged victim" is proper...for now. Once the facts are laid out for the jury to see that Michael was indeed a victim of Murray's callousness and Murray is found guilty, the word can then be legally applied. also, Murray can't use this issue on appeal to say the jury was negatively influenced by the word which denied him due process. Judge Pastor made the right call here, imo.
