commented on the aeg suit saying all u care about is making money. why arent u going on about murrays licence not being pulled. this lawsuit is heleping murrays defence but u dont care as its all about throwing mj under a bus and making $$$

dont make me laugh. respect michael wishes and stop using HIS chidlren to make money for howard mann. katherine signed those children into a contract with a porn producer. exploiting them to make money for herself and mann probably to pay for the children that you dont pay for that live in mjs house and he paid for since they were born and a few xtra bits about why dont you stop your mother from being taken advantage of. of course u dont cause the money she makes will pay for the kids that you dont pay for.

I hope they do know what the fans feel because it is ridiculous.. The family only cares about money and their careers. They don't give a damn about MJ. None of them are fighting for justice they are fighting for money that doesn't belong to them and that they don't deserve.

Hi Big Apple! I said that from the beginning.. The Goldmans and Browns were ruthless when it came to OJ. They went on every talk show and called him out. They didn't throw Nicole or Ron under the bus regarding their personal issues like drugs, sex etc. That didn't matter because they were murdered. Mike's own family threw him under the bus and I have yet to see any form of outrage at Murray. Janet was just out with her boyfriend and was asked about Murray and she did her usual with the semi open mouth and deer in the headlights eyes saying absolutely nothing. The family has greatly disappointed to me to the point where I will never ever support anything of theirs again.

It is just sad the way they've treated MJ considering that if it wasn't for him they would all still be in Gary Indiana

Segye Times (the Korean newspaper that Joe - Katherine and Jermaine promised a Jackson 5 concert , took advances and never paid back) has filed a notice of lien with the court for $13.6 million - meaning that if Katherine wins the case against AEG (or settles out of court) and gets a monetary payment they want to get that (up to $13.6M) to satisfy Katherine's debt to them.

Katherine has 30 days (till April 21) to file an exemption claim to this request.

in probate court, it was 7-8 millions. interests are high.

DANG! The folks at the Segye Times ain't no joke, that's for sure!

I'm not sure, but this looks like a bit of: "What comes around, Goes around!"

It appears that they are definitely keeping their eyes on the actions of the Jackson family members who "wronged" them. (Jermaine better watch his back, they just might be coming after his book advance. LOL!)

I wonder if Howard Mann will release a statement calling the Segye Times "GREEDY" for going after Katherine Jackson. Or is he just trying to protect Katherine's pocketbook when it comes to the Estate of Michael Jackson.

I totally agree!

I mean, they were obviously very forthcoming with their money and/or gifts, without even speaking to the MAIN MAN, i.e. Michael Jackson.

Jermaine, Katherine and Joe Jackson must have been talking a good game, in that they were able to walk away with so much and gave nothing in return.

But alas, the Koreans are like: DON'T THINK FOR ONE SECOND THAT WE FORGOT YOU OWE US MONEY!

Ivy, would it be fair to assume, Segye would only get Katherine's portion's of whatever she gets from AEG...not the kids'? MJ paid his portion, and did not bother doing the same for his family, I am guessing he wanted to teach them a lesson.


From what I've heard so far, AEG will not settle the case. They refuse to take any responsability for what Murray did in MJ's house...

On a side note, I'm glad the Koreans aren't willing to go away quietly..It was about time someone stood up to greed.

the money the koreans want is from katherine. it has nothing to do with the kids. they dont have a claim on them. so it depends on what she gets from the case. if she wins 20mill they can claim the full amount or if she wins 2mill they can only go after that.

If I was in this Korean company, I'll sue Joe, Katherine and Jermaine for what they did, and I'll speak publicly about this problem.

Because they are just waiting, and if they don't take actions against all these thiefs, they will never have their money back.

I can't believe that Joe and Jermaine can travel around the world like they do without problems with some authorities...

They should be in jail. The Korean are nice, too nice.

I was just thinking:

The other day, Oxman made the "claim" that he hoped to link Joe Jackson's wrongful death suit against Murray, together with Katherine's AEG suit.

Lord, I wonder how they ALL feel now that the Koreans have raised up their "we want our money back" heads up again.

I BET RANDY JACKSON IS GONNA BE PISSED!

I mean, Katherine already had to drop a number of her claims already, and now this.

Randy definitelty is not going to be a happy camper that's for sure. The money he's been fighting to get so badly might end up going to the Koreans (LOL....)

Yes Katherine's share and I hope if they win somebody would protect the kids share (and not give it up to Jackson's control)

they already sued them in 1994. Korean newspaper had paid $5.5 million in advances for a series of concerts. They sued Katherine, Joe, Jermaine and Michael. Michael settled with them for an undisclosed amount (which expect to be around $1 - 1.5M). They got a $4 Million monetary judgement against Katherine, Jermaine and Joe. In 1996 they filed another lawsuit related to Hayvenhurst - they claimed the ownership had been transfered to Michael so that they can't go after Katherine's share. Joe, Katherine and Jermaine had filed bankruptcy and therefore Segye times wasn't able to collect the settlement. Now they are filing documents for anything Katherine earns or could earn. They filed documents with probate court asking for Katherine's share being paid to them and now they filed a notice of lien with the AEG case asking for being paid from the case win (if of course Katherine wins and the court approves their request). We don't know if they filed anything against KJ-Mann earnings or Joe and Jermaine. Simply they want their money.

But it's crazy. It's mean they are waiting for their money since 17 years, normal the lied and stole their money, but if the don't have money it's mean that these people, the Koreans, will never have their money back ?

It's not fair. Normaly when you can't pay, you go to jail in France and in Portugal.

What will happen if the Koreans can't have their money back ?

I edited a certain word from your post - please do not use insult words.

to answer your questions they can't get their money back if the person owes them doesn't have any money. so all they can do is try to find any income source / any property and file liens on them in the hopes of collecting the money.

In general such liens affect people's credit score and mean that they can't get loans, credit cards etc.

I always did find it really fishy when AEG extended Michaels stay at the O2 from 10 shows to 50 Shows, something just didn't seem right about it, and to allow MJ one day of rest in between shows sorry but he should have had 2 - 3 days to rest Max like what U2 do on there tours
