Actually I was thinking about putting them into a book. "The Life And Times Of a True Ditwit." :lmao:

Besides going over the bump too fast when I was driving down one of the main streets I saw a woman pushing a cart and in the corner of my eye I thought it was a dog. All I said was that's a weird looking dog. :blink: Until I realized it was a basket. :doh:

but then you work 6 days a week right? They cant let you do that.
 
I usually work 5 but then every so often (often often :lol:) something has to be done on sat or sun. There are peeps in my team who work late into the night and on the weekends at a regular basis. The thing is, its research, its massively interesting and very purposeful so you don't feel that bad, except when it catches up with you! When you're on the verge of finding why this genetic problem is the way it is, or close to characterizing the basis of a disorder, you really push it! :woohoo:

But man are we underpaid, I heard during the election that just 0.8% of the countries money is spent on the entire industry of science, all the way from physics down to cancer research. :( thats why there are so many charities begging for research money :(

Aaah Katie, no worries ;)

Being underpaid is never pleasant.

But I admire you for loving what you do right now, and always wanting to put your time in it... even if it's on the weekends or working late, or whatever. ;)
I hope it's kind of the same when I go study English next year!

:scratch: I must really be missing band because this is the 3rd or 4th night in a row that I've dreamed about it. Each time I do dream about it I always get to the band and always want to join but can never find my trumpet.
