I remember in the interview he did with Oprah back in '93, she asked about his dancing (the crotch grab specifically), and he said there was nothing sexual about it. I don't remember his exact words, but he basically said that he becomes one with the music and his body is just responding to it.

Now, for the most part, I believe him. I really don't think he ever intends for his dancing to be sexual.... at the same time, you cannot tell me that he wasn't aware of the impact of his "suggestive" movements. Part of me can't help but think, would he sometimes perform certain moves for the sheer sake of getting the ladies in the audience to go crazy? For example, the hip-thrusting and body rolls. (Although, he didn't even have to do that much- all he had to do was breathe and women were beside themselves with ecstasy :lol:)

He didn't say exactly those words, I believe him he didn't intend to be sexual ON PURPOSE but many of us women, gay or bisexual people find Michael and his dance moves absolutely sexy but so graceful and artistic at the same time, thing many male strippers don't have; even though he thought otherwise.

Yeah- I knew they weren't his exact words. Maybe it was in a different interview or maybe even somebody else said it about him... but I do remember seeing/hearing somewhere the reference that he would become "the physical embodiment of the music".

Anyway, it doesn't really matter. I was just sharing my thoughts. I was half joking, half being serious, because I know he didn't think of his dancing in that way.

Haha Spyce I agree, for sure he knew what he was doing to us:shifty: Although I feel like, every second of his performances was genuine and he really felt the music, I'm sure Michael also understood and used the power of sexuality. But not as an act, I think he just had a super sexual, passionate side to him that only came out on stage, because that's the only place he felt free enough to show that side of him. And because he's a tease:naughty: The music just takes him there I guess, but ugh yes I don't think even he himself could deny how ..suggestive.. a lot of those moves are, I mean...
