Just read the weitzman letter - i can now see why randy went into a meltdown on twitter - all his gang of 4 being barred from entry from their mum's home by estate lawyers. He seems completely incapable of understanding that it had been the same situation for ppb - in fact worse they didn't have any contact, phone or otherwise, with their main carer, not just barred from a house. They didn't go ranting on twitter that siblings were going to kill their grandma.
After all the tippy toeing the estate has done round mrs j what with her 'loans', refusal to call her out for depleting ppb's estate with her various deals etc, i really cant see the estate employing these strong arm tactics without approval from tj and ppb. I actually think this action is one of those 'layers of protection' that mrs j's lawyer was talking about for ensuring mrs j continues with guardianship.
I agree with nearly everyone's posts, but i don't think i agree with the acceptance of the estate having a role in keeping the children safe and secure. That's the guardian's job, the children aren't wards of court. If they're not safe and secure then they need a new guardian, not have to depend on estate executors to play the hard man. It's exactly like at hayvenhurst, when it was the estate that had to evict alexandra and children, presumably by offering the condo and by paying jerm's child support, mrs j just got them to do the dirty work. It's really shameful that the estate has had to intervene to such an extent in the welfare of the children, just an embarrassment to the jacksons, and speakign for myself it's clear that mrs j is not a competent guardian. She 's been home for days now, and i've not heard any statement through her lawyers, calling out her cubs for spagate and forthe distress caused to mj's children. Just a v public trip to a unity concert.
