Very sad to think that members of the Jackson family should be sued by Michael's own estate but in this instance I feel they have no other choices.

I wrote this before :
In some instances you can make an argument to rescind a settlement such as if you were coerced to sign, you were frauded etc. For example very recently Winklevoss twins is taking the Facebook settlement to court saying that they were defrauded about the amount of settlement.
And an update on this:
As the Estate mentioned on their status report, today they filed their motion to enforce the settlement agreement - notice of filing is listed among case history. And as expected the document is "conditionally sealed" which means that it's not publicly accessible.
So unless a new development happens it seems like we'll have to wait around a month or so to see what the judge will decide.

I'm happy to report about that despite the ongoing miseria around the Melissa Johnson case, the Michael Jackson Estate starteed to take over all the MJ trademarks. These includes:
Gone too soon
MJ
Heal the world
As well the original Heal The World foundation has been transferred temporary to a company. I guess soon it will be managed by the MJ Estate.

Yes if MJ Estate did that before the settlement was rejected by the fake HTWF. Besides the judge still needs to decide whether the annulment of the settlement is valid.

I know.. but they are still kids.. and they live with Katherine, and they've been to this FHTWF thing, wearing T-shirts and everything on TV... I mean, The Jackson family has decades of experience in manipulating minds to get what they want.. And MJ3, they are just kids. I hope they choose what's best for them.. But at the same, being a 13 year old kid, would you trust your own grandma, or a stranger...

MJ3 should not be dragged into this. They are too young and should focus on their education. Maybe when they reach their 30s they can start getting involved. Until then let them enjoy their childhood. MJ nominated the executors of his Estate for a reason i.e so that they can administer his Estate in accordance with his will.

Sure the kids are manupulated from their family. I`m sure at this time they think they had supported the charity of their father. And her grandmother says to them what good people are Melissa Johnson and Howard Mann and what bad guys are the executers.
So it will take time until they realize the games their family play but hopefully they will realize it and hopefully they will realize the good work of the executers to protect the legacy and the wishes of their father.

Furthermore it might be that HTWF started working on the settlement details such as transfers and then had a change of heart and stopped them. In the meantime some items might have transfered over the estate.

I am glad that the Estate stepped in in the HTWF. They shouldnt be able to run a fake charity under Michaeks name thats not right.
