Walgren's states
the nature of the crime is homicide,
that alone does not warrant a probation
and
that CM created the vulnerability and the abandoment of Michael
was a direct action of CM and that does not advocate
a probation... he cleaned up evidence... he lied repeatedly....for that it warrant jail time.
Walgren 's hammering the point home!
Repeated administration of profopol and distraction with his calls to girlfriends
shows his recklessness! Left him alone to die! Deception.... concealment... coverup
DOES not warrant a probation... nothing short of a maximum sentence of 4 years is only
appropriate. Walren then goes on to ask for restitution of 102M

I think walgren isnt on his best yet today.... The judge mad... What was that about what did they discuss in legal language?
Hope someone can help me with that i didnt understand it.
Also good short statement from the fam.. I think walgren should take it short too.. Can be more powerfull than a drag of 1 hour

court cannot send him to state prison cause of the new act. walgren agrees asking about the funeral expenses judge says are they itimized? (sp) no says walgren info was from weitzman though. didnt have time to get them itimized. now the concerts ie 100 mill does walgen believe the court and defence should have that itimized yes says walgren
