Murray Trial - 3 October - Day 5 - Discussion

I've been watching the livestream. Cooper was EXCELLENT. But, uhm, is the defense lawyer DRUNK? I say that in all sincerity, because he seems to be "on" something. Slurring some words, and not holding a train of thought, or remembering what question he was asking? Strange. .

Which is why you either have a second person to watch or don't leave to begin with. By what the witness said the amount Murray gave may not even put Michael to sleep at all. Not to mention how the defense tried to justify not having a monitor and he witness spelling out for them why you do need a monitor because you may miss something critical.

Epic fail, defense.
 
who is dixon?? i agree the doc looked pissed at murray action. she stated more then once about the machines being there for a reason
 
brazil is doing direct. dont like her much. keep her on the easy witnesses like this one

I don't think it's a good idea to send dr cooper a fan thank you letter. She's a professional, giving her professional opinion as to what happened that day. she's not on any side and would be mortified if she was thought to be - she's just doing her job as are the paramedics - i think that should be expected by the public.
 
i wonder if they will use the other dr as at the end of the day the comments about murray saying i left the room and came back contridicts coppers testimony. id rather leave it as it is. let coopers testimony stand

I Understand that, that's fair enough, i didn't originally bring her name up.

Maybe then, some sort of 'Thank You' to the aforementioned Bodyguards, now we know them & understand how much they cared for Michael. (once the Trial is over) As they were close to Michael as they, themselves have stated. :) Just a little idea.
 
going through the details of the bill. what time it was made where it was made to etc in a general sense. they arent going through murrays calls yet
 
Just to backtrack a little bit - Murray withholding information from Cooper would not have affected outcome SO HE HAD NO REASON NOT TO BE TRUTHFUL.

The only reason Murray did not disclose full information was because he knew he had done wrong.
 
7am to 5pm. calls through these times were looked at
 
please if any one could write the calls made after 10:30 very important

i have the list saved from the prelim/reports. dont know if its exact same as whats been gone through now. sounds the same. if someone can screen shot the list?

11:07 am from 3233 to Murray’s phone 1 minute
11 18 am call from 0973 placed 6802 and that call logged at 32 minutes.
missed listing one call
11:49 am call placed from Murray to 4989 3 minutes.
11:51 am a call placed from Murry to 3832 11 minutes.
12:12 pm from Murray phone to 2570 lasted 1 minute
12:15 pm from 2570 to conrad Murray 1 minute

i believe thats the AT and T list above. thats what i have saved from ages ago. more calls were made after 12.15. i have another list saved from sprint
 
I'm not completely sure but there was a call at 10.37 am that lasted 111 seconds did anyone else notice it? if true then the "10:40am " he gave in his statement was well thought of?
