Murray Trial - 7 October - Day 9 - Discussion

I hope the Pros points out Chernoff all over the damn interview with the detetive trying to put his spin on it reminding Murray what to say. How can that be allowed, it makes it scripted.

Well being trained to do it is different than actually having to perform it on a patient. I assume he was talking about him never having performed CPR on an actual patient and again, based on what I explained, I am not the least bit surprised at all. In code situations, it is simply not the doctor who does CPR - ever because it's the doctor's responsibility to run and direct the code and he/she can't be doing that while doing CPR.

I believe he said that as reason for not asking amir to ring 911. that amir would want to know what was happening.a couple of things. no wonder adams was so pissed the things murray said.and how convienient murray didnt know the name of the surgeon whos office they were gonna use. also he said so we decided to use my office. and i had all the right equipment. crash cart etc. so he knew he needed that sort of equipment.also nurse lee. it had been reported he accused lee of giving mj diprivan. but he just implied the health cocktail thing that she had given to the l.a lakers
 
He said on that tape he for two months on daily basis EVERYDAY used to give 50mg INTIALLIY based on MJ's weight and then use an IV drip to maintain sedation. HE SAID THAT , THAT'S ENOUGH TO CONVICT HIM .


He said he only started to use lorazepam and midazolam three days prior to the death and that MJ accpeted the treatment "reluctantly" because they "create dependency" MJ told him he did not like those drugs the detectives kept asking him was he aware of your " plan to wean him " was he aware of other drugs and murray kept saying "yeah reluctantly" , he was lying through his teeth.


Adams Adams , Murray is TERRIFIED of his testimony .

yes, he didnt wanna tell Michael Amir it was an emergency...

then for not wanting to call 911 would mean he would abandon his patient and he wanted to continue cater for him (not exact quote but u get it)
 
Does this Dr Adams even exist?

Will he be called to testify?
 
oh okay he also said he didn't know the zip code either so i guess that was his other excuse for not callin 911. And why not tell amir, it's a damn emergency...and that's why he called him, so why not? If he as the doc couldn't even help Mj what will a sercurity gaurd do then? It's just all jacked up! He was just tryin to cover his behind.

I just heard on tv that Rebbie and her daughter got up and left during the testimony. That's why the recording was stopped and the judge was mad

murray was hoping he could save mj on his own and what he was giving mj wouldnt be revealed. so he delayed calling 911 for aslong as possiblealso remember the dr said flum.. must be given within literally seconds of finding someone in trouble.yet he waits ages
 
Murray had an iphone right, I thought that had a speaker on it, so why not put it on speaker and continue with CPR...but I guess its easier to say that in hindsight...it's just that for a doctor he seems to have made a lot of mistakes and then you have to ask why is that...is it because he had something to hide...Yes.

I personally don't think he intended this outcome, he just became very lax in his attitude in treating Michael and how any medical profession can give propofol outside the hospital is beyond me...but looks like Murray wasn't the only one. I just want to shoot the idiot that got Michael on to propofol in the first place.

So I take it then, that this Dr Adams is a dentist or dental surgeon? So if that's the case, isn't he going to be in large amounts of shit if it's true that he agreed to give MJ Diprivan for sleep that day in Murray's office? A dentist would not be covered to give such a medication if it wasn't related to dentistry and I would imagine that would be a huge demonstration of ethical misconduct that could cause him (if he admits it on the stand) to lose his dental license?

Well he CLAIMS he did CPR first.........but I'm more inclined to believe the real truth is that he gave the Flumazenil FIRST.....and when he realized it wasn't helping, it was THEN he started CPR (though he's claiming it was the other way around). But if he's lying it makes him look worse for:

a) starting chest compressions on someone he claims had a 'weak pulse'
b) not giving the Flumazenil first considering the administration of same is very time-sensitive

yep that what he said , three days prior to his days I decided that he needed to be weaned off this drug , I did not find any publication that says propofol creates dependency but I felt he became dependent on it , so I started to use lorazepam and midazolam .

Well wouldn't Murray's cell phone records show whether he made or received a call from Dr Adams on that particular date? though I guess that still wouldn't prove Adams took part in anything.

he sure had an elaborate story about Dr Adams and being paid $600,000/year. Seems far-fetched to think there wasn't some bit of truth to all of that but as MJ isn't here and it's Adam's word against Murray's, I guess we'll never know the truth. Personally I think it's not that hard to believe that there are crooked docs and dentists out there who would do things they shouldn't, for the right price.

Well there's physical dependency and there's psychological dependency when it comes to drugs and any drug can cause a psychological dependency in someone; if in their mind, from repeated use, they feel that they can't live without it.

it was said adams contacted murray and said i want to be in on the tour but murray ignored his calls as that would mean him losing money and or his job.alot think a meeting did take place in march where murray asked adams to show him how to give diprivan. i cant remember if murrays lawyer comented on this and was said.as this info first came out ages ago
 
From what I read there was an anesthesiologist that gave MJ propofol when he went for dental puposes to Dr. adams. Dr. Adams did not do what Murray did and give it to MJ propofol himself. Plus, Dr. Adams did this in a proper setting with the right equipment and then watched MJ and given that Propofol is used by dentist I doubt if he testsify it will be that big of an issue if thay can prove that.
