what date did she recieve back MJs blood-test results? was it february 16??

She was talking about how important it is to do tests before IV infusin.... but the first IV she gave him was on february 3rd
 
She is just nervous kind of person. Not everyone is comfortable infront of court or on national tv. Give her some slack. She seems to be a nice person, just nervous.

she sure couldnt wait to hit the airways after Michael died to say,,,He asked me for propofol. She wanted to be a big celebrity then, Well now is her time to shine,,,smdh

I totally agree. She should have made herself a basic timeline with key details to refer to quickly, like this:

1. Jan 21, 2009 - 1st visit to MJ home to see children
2. Jan 22, 2009 - spoke w/ MJ, did health exam/history; bloodwork drawn
3. Jan 23, 2009 - blood sent off to lab
4. Jan 25, 2009 - results back: all levels normal
5. Feb 22, 2009 - MJ started nutritional smoothies
6 Feb 23, 2009 - began nutritioinal IV infusions
 
MJ told her he has problem sleeping in february (he didnt make it sound as it was an emergency)

Apparanly MJ told her he wants her to see that he is not sleeping

I totally get she'd be nervous, I just feel she could have been a bit more prepared, that's all.

I don't find her all that nice at all. I find her defensive, scattered, talking over Chernoff, completely unprepared with her dates, sarcastic.

Eg: Chernoff just said to her that they'll get into dates and her response, snidely was, "I know we will."

I think she's a bitch.

Yep, I was feeling a little empathy for her being nervous on the stand but then I remembered seeing her all over the television in the days after MJ passed. She didn't seem nervous then.

Yeap, I'm really sorry it came out that way, I was thinking of the father of all anesthesiologists doctor Shafer when I wrote that. I apologize!!

My guess is that Popescu wrote she's "just a nurse" become someone here referred to her as "Dr Lee."

No offense, but it's easier to give an tv interview where you have more control of what you can talk about than to be grill by the side you mostly opposed. She obviously doesn't want to help Murray, which could explain why he is nervous.
 
I kind of think she's scared of where this might lead...Any nurse practitioner I've ever known would be so much more impressive than this woman. Although yes, being on national television would be so intimidating so maybe she'll 'sit back and relax' like judge P always says...like anyone could do that! :)
 
I don't mind her being nervous ... but what's with all the vitamin B12 shots? Unless she saw in the blood test that his vitamin B12 was low, that's not really something that is needed, if you have too much it can make you nervous and cause certain neurological symptoms that can be quite annoying (and no, not things like being cold on one side and hot on the other side). I know that from personal experience - and vitamin B12 is stored in the liver for a long time (weeks, months, even years), so if you have enough, you don't need shots.
 
saw MJ on March 16th... gave IV infusion again

March 26 2009, came there at 6am... a scheduled appointment... MJ was complaining what he was gonna do that date and he needed energy so she prepared a vitamine infusion. MJ offered her to go with him to London to continute the treatment

March 24 2009, visited him in the evening, MJ told her he couldnt sleep, she told him to get natural stuff but MJ said natural sleep products wont work for him

April 12 2009,.. someone called her and she went to the house... MJ complained that he have a problem sleeping and everything she has been doing doesnt work and he needs to sleep. She suggestted him to do sleep-studies... but MJ said he havnt time to do all the things she suggested.

Around this time, he wanted her to see that he doesnt sleep well, wanted her to watch him. She agreed to do this, arrived one evening to watch MJ sleep... went up to MJs room. She made him some tea and gave him some natural stuff, went up to the room late.. she stayed there watchin him till 3am.. he woke up around 3 and he said he cant stay asleep. He had an IV hooked on him.. saline IV and some vitamine C... he slept 5 hours and he woke up and told her he cant sleep an entire night...

he had small veins and the catheter was on his hand... his veins were very very small...

I didn't mean to imply in any way that a nurse has a lesser value than a doctor.
I was simply thinking of doctor Shafer who is a genius. Compared to him, I think that most of us are all JUST human beings. Nervous, scattered, etc.

I also remembered the interviews, but I didn't actually watch them at the time. I'm waiting for her whole testimony to comment.
 
Six minutes until it ends. Chernoff looks annoyed, serves him right, he does this mumbling every time and I'm not even going to mention Flanagan.
 
So his veins were just small and rolled. Other than that they were fine. I thought dr fake said they were all scarred. Hmmmm...
 
faheem called her known him 5 years. she knows his mum. faheem said mjs kids had cold and could u come and see them.she said keep in my mind im not a dr. faheem told mj about her and mj said thats ok so she went around late january 09.lee has her records and states she noted everything (making a point that she always makes notes!) made an apointment to go to the house to see the kids. she went there the same day. and treated the kids. talked to mj that day aswell. mj asked her about being a little tired she said i do therapies he asked if i could help him out. but i dont give anything untill i do lab works so i told him to fast and i would come back the next day which was feb 1st physical examine draw blood for a blood test. wanted to know his history if theres any issues that are causing the fatigue. she gave him a symptom form to fill out asked him questions.

did u ask about his sleep patterns.? mj didnt talk about that much asked him to list his first 5 physical complaints he mentioned 3 and one was fatigue. did he tell you about what he was taking meds why? said he tynoral at night but he was drinking redbull so i warned him about that. mj said it was difficult to fall asleep. that was one of 200 questions.. so she thought the redbull was an issue.

did he look tired? no. he thought he was anemic so she ran blood tests. did he mention the tour? not in feb he didnt. later he talked about the tour and dehydration from rehearsals.he mentioned the rehearsals later as they didnt start till april

what was your impression medically. very healthy. suspect any problems no.

saw him 4 days in a row was waiting on his lab result. he said he was feeling better. lab results came in on the 5th feb. then took blood at the end of feb to see how the treatement plan was going saw mj next on the 9th march. thats when she went over the lab results with him. she made smoothies for mj vit b12 shot. nutritinal IV was given. but he had to have the blood tests first which came back normal.so she started him on a vitimain C IV

first IV was given in the early part of feb the 3rd. amino acid same as vit c was given by IV 800mg were given. given with saline. IV push given over 10 mins

feb 10 mj said he was feeling alot better. she gave him another IV of vit C B vit magnesium calcium. saw him sometimes in the morn sometimes in the eve.

feb 16th went over his lab results that day. did mj complan about sleep .yes he said he was having a hard time sleeping. she said give it a little time for the stuff to quick in.and talk about it later. mj didnt talk as if it were urgent. they talked about different teas to help with sleep..

march 9th. got back from london she saw it on t.v. mj security called. mj felt tired low energy. gave him the vit c IV again

march 16th gave him another IV of vit c

march 26th 6am she went to the house. emergency appointment? no it was schedule. mj was complaning about the days events and needed energy for it. gave him the same IV. did mj mention his london trip? he offered her a job to come to london cause the Vit c treatement was going well.

he mentioned sleep issues she said u can take natural stuff he said that didnt work

easter sunday.someone called her on that day and she went out. mj said he has a prob sleeping and all the natural stuff isnt working. when i need to sleep i need to go straight away.were u surprised. she said no most ppl dont want to just lie there for hours. she mentioned doing a sleep study and listed loads of things to do. but mj said he didnt have time for that. mj said he wanted her to phyiscally see him not being able to sleep.she took the offer up. arrived in the evening late. she was gonna watch him instead of sitting watching movies like they did. went to his room she made tea he took some natural meds. went up to his room maybe around 11 doesnt remember. she stayed there till 3am at his bedside. he woke up around 3am. he had an IV of vit c very small amount. he slept 5 hours then he woke up around 3am and said i cant sleep through the entire night. did mj mention meds to help him sleep? yes on april 10th

mj had very small viens so IV was in his hand. mj joked about it.. no other issues with his viens and injecting was easy to do

No, she said his veins were very very small and scarred but she put some cream on his hands so it wouldnt hurt with the IV and there were no other problems with it
 
Hoping for better presentation from her tomorrow. She does have time to fix her notes.
