I have absolutely no idea what the defense is trying to do... It's almost funny the way he is stuttering his questions, hoping to hit a mark.
 
i read thru it all the pages he needs to be killed the exact same way he killed michael
murray is an arrogant asshole sitting there feeling nothing but self pity, he is an arrogant loser he doesnt give a damn about michael. all he cares abotu is himself i want him dead. i want him to have the cruelest death there ever was for a person
 
jeez ive never seen cross so boring.does this fool know what cross examine means.hes just asking questions and repeating the pros questions for the most part
 
I missed the part about Karen. Kenny said she was lying about riot-act?
 
It's so painful watching to chernoff, even on questions I want answers to, I keep zoning out.

@Last Tear, same here. This guy amazes me. Kenny doesnt understand his questions, he forgets to give information on the people he talks about, gets sustained objections all the time. I'm just relieved he's not the DA
 
That recorded message of Michael was painfull to listen to, but even during that time when MJ was out of it he spoke about building a childrens hospital. It makes me sad and angry that all Michael wanted to do was help people and make the world a better place but alot of people used him as the punch line of their ''jokes''

Michael was too good for this world
 
I don't know if this is an American thing but why is the defense calling the Judge 'Judge' rather than 'Your Honor' and the Prosecution actually calls him 'Your Honor' I've noticed this a few times.
 
And what did the defense get from that... NOTHING. Looking good already.

Not sure what the guy was trying to get at there....its obvious Kenny isn't sure of the dates specifically, not sure why thats such a biggie :/

When chernoff said ' here is what I am getting at' ..I thought he might try and make a point..But he just wanted kenny to remember what arena he was in on a day?

wtf....ok that was a truey awful cross examination that did NOTHING to their case expect plan seeds of doubt into jury. His long pause at the end and then to say ' I have no more questions' indicates he is quite amateur, not prepared, unable to think on his feet and just shows the jury all this and the fact that he had no real motive for his questions.I still think he might say someting dangerous but if that is anything to go by, the confidence and self assurance of the prosecution will destroy the defence..
 
can someone tell me why the only footage we might see was from the ACTUAL film..Ever since I heard the sides were allowed to view all the footage I was very suspicious of sony allowing it , and also what might be shown. I thought it might just be film footage and so far been proved right. Why out of everything would you choose these moments when i am almost sure , there is better footage to represent the prosecutions views...It seems to confirm my views that the whole sharing of footage stunk and made me think sony or someone else had something to hide with their list of promises.


Anyone got views?

After 50th show more than 250 000 ppl were still trying to buy tickets...
 
so this guy 'confirms' mj wanted to outdo prince even at the end..Says so much about his respect and admiration for prince and saw him as positive healthy competition.

But this goes against mj saying he was only supposed to do 10 shows...So either that was wrong or this guy is lying..Both can't be right

Same with kenny denying he read the rights to mj when karen said otherwise...One of those is lying too

I am sorry I actually laughed at the Prince comment. Just because that sounds like Michael.
