UPDATE 2:05 PM PT: The D.A. is arguing that Murray was born outside the country; Murray's lawyer says he is a U.S. citiizen.

UPDATE 2:00 PM PT: The D.A. wants bail set at $300,000. Murray's attorney is objecting -- says Murray is not a flight risk.

The defense calling MJ's kids? Surely they can refuse to testify against their father.

And the MJ mudslinging begins. It is always MJ that's the bad guy; even when dead.

This is all a very sad situation.

That copyright claim video is from the 90s , what does it have to do with anything that happened in June 25 , 2009? Those lawyers need to be slapped across their damn faces.

UPDATE 2:11 PM PT: Bail has been set $75,000 -- three times the usual amount in a case like this. Murray had to surrender the passport.

I assume that's because he mentally and psychologically abused Prince by making him watch as he did ''CPR'' on Mike.
They should get him for traumatizing a child like that as well. They should knock this bastard down
