Well if that's the case Datsy, then maybe he can get it done. I hope so. Unless he wants to let it go. Raymone Bain said he was having it refinanced, but apparently that didn't go through, so this is the situation. Maybe he'll get it worked out.

And don't feel bad elusive, sometimes you have to laugh to keep from getting upset, lol.
 
I hope Michael works this all out. I mean I really do. My prayers are with him, I hope whatever happens it was meant to be and its all for the best.
 
if he does pay though within the next few weeks it will not be auctioned on march 19th right ? lets pray for the best and the best is whatever michael wants.
i guess it all depends on whether he really wants to return to neverland and live for good someday. if he doesnt and he only wants to go there and visit the place from time to time then i dont see the point in paying such tremendous amount of money now and so much every month to keep it running.

Neverland was meant to be a place of love and joy and children. Then, the WHITE media turned it into a celebrity circus, and the EVIL police went through it without any concern for civil liberties. I don't want him to lose it. Michael, I love you and I don't want you to lose Neverland.

I'm hoping that skyrocketing sales of T25 AROUND THE WORLD are going to stop this. T25 has sold THROUGH THE ROOF, and that may just save Neverland. I really hope it does. I really do...

The more I think of this the more I think that this is a case of Roger jumping the gun again. I say why. I read on another post that this same R puuu, said that MJ has recently refinanced to the tune of $100 mil. If this is true, then maybe MJ did get the refinacing sorted. If he wants to keep Nevvy, this could have been the reason why he paid the tax recently and may well have paid the bank but the court hasn't received that info yet, so has carried on with procedure like normal. Until the bank informs the court that the matter is resolved, they will press on with business. So Mj may well have settled the matter and none of us would have known about it except that Roger opened his big mouth.:)
 
Here's a thought. The auction goes to the highest bidder. MJ owes more than 24 million for the property. Not many people walking around with 24 million in their pockets. So it goes to the highest bidder. What if MJ is the highest bidder (under an assumed name) and gets it for maybe 18 million? He's saved money because the auction must take the highest bid...correct?

Maybe it's not over yet.
 
Michael probaly earned enough money with Thriller 25th:)

The question i have is if MJJ will repair neverland... it probaly need lot of work....

I hope that he wont lose it:(

The trpuble with that is that MJ would still owe the difference and he would still have to pay it.:)
 
May I make a suggestion? I think the thread should be closed temporarily until further notice. It creates frustration and sadness without any point since we don't know Michael's actions on this...

Hope this will be sorted out by Michael and his team.
But the aunction also includes the lease of the land for cow grazing....IF there's gonna be an aunction whoever wins has the option to continue the lease or negotiate for a fresh lease.
 
I don't think it should be closed. The matter is in the public forum. If fans cannot taalk about it here and let off their frustrations they might have to go on sites where people are less friendly. I think it is good to talk. Neverland was dear to the fans heart as well.

We don't know the ins and outs of Michaels finances or personal business, so lets just wish for the best and send our positivity and prayers to him. I pray everything works out for the best.
 
There are times when i wish MJ would get loans from foreign banks, since in the US, his fianances are now being used as some form of entertainment, a desire to see him fail.

Luckily, the Clinton/Obama hype overshadows the media trying to focus on MJ till Ramone can come up with a ststement.

She needs to do so the same day before the story dies down and the public is left with the old un-rebutted news. The problem is that it takes her a day or so, by which time all the media don't bother to update their articles, which then feeds into the next false story they come up with.

MJ does not really need to sale the ranch unless it's a personal decision. He can always come up with the money from a range of financial institutions or well-to-do friends. The only time MJ can decide to let it go is if he wants to let it go. But if he wasn't willing to see his stuff auctioned in Las Vegas, the the last thing you will see is him allowing his home to be auctioned.

It's interesting how this story becomes headline all over, rather than Michael's album sales all over the world, i wish Ramone could throw a hint at that in her statement.
 
why close the thread ? this is a fan forum and we have any right to be discussing and speculating over this. if we start closing threads because we dont know michael's actions on certain matters then no thread will be left

And Michael knows he cannot afford to have the place sold because whoever buys it will definately try to capitalize on Michael's name. That's another reason a sale will be very difficult. Never have i seen such a desire to see someone lose his home. The jealousy is so intoxicating.

You are right on that but I got so upset...terrible things are said about this man for what? Do they have any personal differences and hate him so much? Has he hurt them? Why, why when it comes to the name Michael Jackson there is so much hatred? :cry::cry::cry::cry: I'm trying to keep calm but there are some boundaries...I just can't tolerate it!
