I hear this today for the first time, unfortunately not good quality. The other MJ videos on the channel are AI fake snippets, but this one doesn't sound like AI to me but very human and mj like (if not I would like to know the name of the AI program or the human impersinator ) Most likely I would guess an old and unknown TV show recording, anyone knows more?

The instrumental sounds similar to jukebox ai to me (there I think I hear what you describe as awful artifacting). The vocals sound relatively clear to me though, in contrast, and if that's AI then I'm very impressed.
