I think it has a great shot if it can get both urban/pop airplay behind it, it can sell a ton and not go to no.1 which is what happened to Madonna and Justin they had the sales and not enough airplay so it's going to be critical that Mike and Akon get that airplay because i don't think they going to have a problem with sales fans are mostly excited about it :)

well...for example, if you use windows media player, your files will be in WMA. but when you burn it onto CD's...you don't need to worry in a way, because the program does the job for you. :D




and i can't stop listening to the song. :D MJ's voice is still so incredible.

Only listened to it once but it's already in my head which is a good sign. Fantastic start to the week. Makes me wonder what else Michael has been working on but I don't want to fast forward time just yet. I like getting excited over this song. His voice does sound so good on the first verse and all the adlibs. :punk:

totally agree Buck Bee and i hope that with this leak that airplay heats up soon and single is available on itunes in a heartbeat.

I like Akons voice, they blend well together, its a real summer smash. I guess if you don't like the reggie sound you may not like it.

I've listened to the song a few times now, realistically speaking, I don't think it's going to #1. It's def. going to be in the top 10. That's not necessarily a bad thing though. This is excellent exposure for Michael to get back in the game. It's great promo for his upcoming album. I don't really mind how this song does on the charts, something like this only benefits Michael.

please don't do it, as SunsetDriver also said earlier in this thread this song deserves to be realeased and become succesful. downloading songs from mp3 and others players destryes the sales of the song, believe me i have see it happen. don't do it, thank you.

I think it will be no 1, with the right promo there should be no problem. Its a summer smash its a feel good song i think people are going to love it. Looking forward to seeing the video. Will i am said there will be alot of melodies on mikes new album, that song has good melodies. If mike come out with a sound like that i will be happy.

i've always loved this song. emotions reflect innocnce and mellowness i think.

as for the promotion i think its better to be safe than sorry, just my opinion.

That is not necessary. Record companies deliberately leak songs prior to scheduled radio adds (and that reminds me... we need to get the radio add site linked up to watch this song move up the charts...).

The problem is with DOWNLOADING A SINGLE THAT WILL LIKELY BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. That is what MJJC does not allow here. The thread will remain open for members to enjoy and discuss.

Somehow, this song will be mucho successful because peeps who are into Akon have been awaiting his follow up project and no need to say how long EVERYBODY has been waiting for MJ to just sing the damn ABCs!!! heh.

Man, oh man! I'm so glad I'm not the only one who's weeping for joy right now. Just hearing Michael's voice again after so long and sounding so amazing is the sweetest thing. The song is melodic and sweet. Perhaps not a classic but definitely a potential hit.

Am the only one amused by the lyrics though? One could get the idea that MJ and Akon are singing about each other :lol: Not that I would mind them singing about holding each other, but I rather doubt that was the intention.

My Monday started off with a bang for sure. :D I was on my way out the door, late as usual, and something told me to check on here for news just in case something happened over night. Can't access the site at work anymore except for a designated time so I followed my instinct. Anyway, when I saw this thread there was only 10 or so replies. I listened to the song TWICE and ran....errr floated out the door. :cloud9: Good thing I checked cuz if I was at work and got this news and couldn't listen to the song, I'd be one grumpy employee around here. :aggressive: Now, I can reply. I heard it. It was amazing. His voice was just ..... no words. :heart: The song was pretty good before, imo, now it's all yummified. :wub: Can't wait to get home and hear it again...if it's still up. LOL! If it's gone, that's okay cuz it's stuck in my head. lol

The song is nothing special in my opinion, but MJ sounds great as usual. It's just great to hear MJ's voice again :)

the songs got a nice melody and if it does well on the charts then its great for mj. but why did they have to feck with mjs voice with a decoder thingy machine. i guess so it doesnt make akon look to bad when u have mjs vocals next him lol
