moving vans to house to recover Michael's personal belongings (AP)

Houston lawyer William M. Stradley confirms Murray has hired Stradley,
Chernoff & Alford and says one of its partners, Edward Chernoff, is
meeting with the LAPD (AP)

SWA P23: Murray is interviewed by LAPD detectives Martinez and Smith;
Murray says he had been treating Michael for insomnia for 6 weeks and
had given him 50 mg of propofol diluted with lidocaine (Xylocaine)
every night by IV; Murray felt Michael may have been forming an
addiction to propofol and tried to wean him off the drug by giving
him other sedatives; on 6/25/09, he administered various drugs while
monitoring him with a pulse oximeter; he claims that he left the
hospital on 6/25/09 because he did not know he was needed; he says
that his doctor's bag is still at the residence and directs detectives
to its location; Murray says that he wasn't the first doctor to
introduce Michael to propofol and that he had asked Michael repeatedly
what other physicians were treating him and what they prescribed, but
Michael would not tell him except that Metzger and Klein had
prescribed medicine that was not working; Michael also said that two
doctors in Germany had given him propofol; Murray says he noticed and
asked about injection marks on Michael's hands and feet, and Michael
said Cherilyn Lee had been giving him a "cocktail" to help him; Murray
says he believed the cocktail to be a propofol mixture; he says
Michael asked him sometime between March and April to call Dr. David
Adams in Las Vegas to administer propofol, and he did so, observing
the sedation at a third-party cosmetologist's office; Michael asked
him around this time to be his personal physician on his European tour

AP reports that over the last 18 months, Murray's Global
Cardiovascular Associates has suffered more than $400,000 in
court judgments: $228,000 to Citicorp Vendor Finance Inc., $71,000 to
an education loan company and $135,000 to a leasing company, and he
faces at least two other pending cases; court records also show
a December 2008 $3,700 judgment for failure to pay child support in
San Diego, and the same month he had his wages garnished for almost
$1,500 by a credit card company; another credit card claim for more
than $1,100 filed in April remains open, and he owes $940 in fines
and penalties for driving with an expired license plate and for not
having proof of insurance in 2000

1 envelope with misc writing
5 contract in the name of Conrad Murray

Chernoff says that Murray "just happened to find [Michael] in his bed,
and he wasn't breathing. Mr. Jackson was still warm and had a pulse"
in his femoral artery; the doctor immediately began administering CPR;
Chernoff says any drugs the doctor gave Jackson were prescribed in
response to a specific complaint from the entertainer, and he never
prescribed or gave Jackson the drugs Demerol or OxyContin; he says
Murray "didn't prescribe or administer anything that should have
killed Michael Jackson"; he says that because Michael was so frail,
Murray "administered [CPR] with his hand behind his back to provide
the necessary support" (AP)

Chernoff tells "Dateline" that Murray said Michael would ask him
to sit with him and check on him while he slept

6/29/09 SWA P23: Det Martinez requests a search warrant for Murray's doctor's
bag and supplies at the house; investigators recover multiple
bottles/vials of lidocaine, several bottles/vials of propofol,
bottles/vials of lorazepam, bottles/vials of midazolam, and
bottles/vials of flumenazil; none are labeled as prescribed to any
patient

Chernoff tells ABC's "Good Morning America" that Murray tried to call
911 on his cell phone but didn't have the exact address of the house;
also says none of the phones in the home were working "for privacy
reasons", so Murray ran around the house until he found a chef, who
alerted security; says Murray did CPR for about 30 minutes before
paramedics arrived

? SWA P23: LAPD detectives contact the Drug Enforcement Administration
to track medications found at the house; DEA agents inform them that
propofol is difficult to track because lot numbers are created in
large amounts; DEA checks Murray's DEA number and is unable to find a
record of Murray purchasing, ordering, or obtaining propofol under
his license or DEA number

Division and Det Martinez request a warrant to search a self storage
unit in Houston; states that Martinez told Chance that Dr.
Sathyavagiswaran, the Chief Coroner for LA County, told him that the
autopsy had shown a lethal level of propofol in Michael's blood;
states that DEA Special Agent Spencer Shelton told Martinez that
according to DEA records, Murray never ordered, purchased, or received
any propofol

SWA P23: Officer Chance executes search warrant on storage unit

Ed Chernoff releases a statement saying, "We can confirm that a search
warrant was executed today on Dr. Murray's offices in Houston, Texas.
We reviewed the warrant and remained on the premises while the search
was being executed. The search was conducted by members of the DEA,
two Robbery-Homicide detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department
and Houston Police officers. The search warrant authorized law

believed constituted evidence of the offense of manslaughter." (AP)

7/23/09 Stewart Title files foreclosure documents on Murray's Las Vegas home,

covers only "losses" -- cancellations or non-appearances by the pop icon
"resulting from accident"; it specifically prohibits payouts for

via their lawyer, Carl Douglas, that the police have not yet formally
interviewed them and say they have more information to give

8/27/09 Los Angeles County Department of Coroner rules Michael's death a
homicide and declares "ACUTE PROPOFOL INTOXICATION" as cause of death;
other conditions contributing to death "BENZODIAZEPINE EFFECT"; the
primary drugs responsible were "PROPOFOL and LORAZEPAM", and other
drugs detected were "Midazolam, Diazepam, Lidocaine and Ephedrine"
(Coroner's Official Press Release, Coroner Case Number 2009-04415)

Chernoff releases a statement saying, "This press release contains
nothing new. For two months we have been hearing the same information,
usually from leaks out of the coroner's office. One has to wonder why
the coroner felt compelled to release anything to all if the police
investigation is not yet complete. In any case, this has all the
earmarks of police gamesmanship, and we will not be responding until
we get a full autopsy report, including the entire list of drugs
found in Mr. Jackson, their quantities, and all other data that would
allow independent medical experts to analyze and interpret." (BNO News)

8/31/09 Alberto Alvarez and Michael Amir Williams are formally interviewed
by the LAPD. A law enforcement source tells RadarOnline, "The information that
was gained from both men was extremely helpful to the investigation. Both men

I just wanted to say in the short time I've been here, I've discovered that Michael Jackson has the most intelligent, thoughtful and passionate fans I have ever encountered, of any artist anywhere in the whole wide world.

You guys do Michael PROUD. The truth will out.

Just found this. Maybe it can be blended with the above?

2009 Part 2

June 25 : Michael's personal doctor Dr. Conrad R. Murray calls 911 at 12:21 PM and says he discovered Michael is distress a half hour before.
Michael is taken by ambulance to UCLA Medical Center.
Katherine, LaToya, Jermaine, Randy, Prince, Paris, Blanket, Frank Dileo & Dr Tohme go to the hospital where they learn Michael's death!
Jermaine announces the tragic news in a short speech to the press.
Michael's body is taken by helicopter to the coroner's office.
Prince, Paris & Blanket are taken to Hayvenhurst where the whole Jackson family gets together.

Well this is certainly off. It wasn't Conman Murray that called 911.

Also earlier in this post it said the concert rehearsals were moved from Center Staging to the Forum. They moved from Center Staging to Staples Center. While containing a bulk of information in the post was correct, it's small details like this that cause rumours, innuendo, innaccuracies, etc....which is exactly what Michael was against. Let's only post FACTUAL information that is verifiable.

P.S. No offense to Victoria83. I know you were helping! :clapping:

8/25/09 Michael Amir Williams and Alberto Alvarez complain to the LA Times
via their lawyer, Carl Douglas, that the police have not yet formally
interviewed them and say they have more information to give.

My Question is: Have these two persons been formally interviewed yet? They said they have more information. If not, then why not? (the LAPD has had plenty of time to contact and formally interview them, so I don't see that as a possible reason)

I have a question and maybe it would help to clear some things. What does this mean:

8/6/09 Concert promoter AEG Live provides Katherine Jackson a copy of the
insurance policy on Michael for the O2 concerts; the $17.5-million policy
covers only "losses" -- cancellations or non-appearances by the pop icon
"resulting from accident"; it specifically prohibits payouts for
cancellations related to illegal drug use, saying, "This insurance does
not cover any loss directly or indirectly arising out of, contributed to,
by or resulting from . . . the illegal possession or illicit taking of
drugs and their effects" (LA Times)
The concerts were not insured for cancellations or non appearances that were due to the illegal possession of illicit taking of drugs and their effects. What does this mean for Michael, for AEG and for the fans?

I mean does this profit anyone? It seems that the answer is no. As I understand, if Michael would have cancelled any shows or would not have appeared to shows due to the illegal possession or illicit taking of drugs and their effects (however they would prove it which is beyond me) the insurance would not pay AEG back and either that AEG would have to give fans their money back or that fans would not be given their money back. But I understand nothing about insurance so I am probably wrong in my interpretation.

Anyhow how does this information affect our understanding of what happened?

SO, can anybody put the last pictures of rehearasl (arrival and departure)? after june 18th?

That's actually a great idea, maybe if we had pics of every day when Mike went to Klein's office and to rehearsals, I know there are pics out there but I don't know how to post them...

Tim Leiweke of AEG said he was called at 12:30 that MJ was being taken to the hospital:

Link:
http://www.billboard.biz/bbbiz/content_display/industry/e3i148e1ece59e5986590571014fcbea358

At 12:30 p.m. June 25, Leiweke received a call informing him Jackson had been taken to the hospital. “Like the rest of the world, we were on the outside,” he says. “Randy [Phillips] didn’t know specifics until he got to the hospital, and by then, unfortunately, it was our worst scenario. It was shocking because what we knew was he was healthy—of that we were certain.”

Could someone update the timeline with Murray's calls and texts to patients and girlfriends and various persons as described in the prelim?

It could mean illegal drugs, not drugs given by a doctor. i don't really know.

Has anyone else got information to add to this timeline and can anyone create an ULTIMATE timeline which we can keep updating in the first post. I wondered if information from Latoya Jackson's book has any effect on our timeline? I haven't read it yet but I looked on amazon.com reviews and there was a chapter by chapter bullet point review including the later chapters. Great job to all members who've brought the timeline this far,it must have taken ages for everyone to find this sort of information but as the trial gets closer we need to step it up. If there's information we still need to find can we have somewhere to post it so more members can get involved.
