There were 5 of us, 94 of them are mine, I'm giving them to fellow Canadian's who aren't able to go south of the border for them.
 
Well I still have not found nothin in Philly nor Jersey either. My niece in Pr said that walmart will have them next week so if I can't find any here then she will bring me back an empty can.

I think this Pepsi campaign is hilarious. They make people run around cities, even countries to find few cans.
They've done pretty good job hiding 1 billion cans somewhere out there:rofl:

The distributor of Pepsi in the UK (Britvic) already confirmed to me weeks ago that the UK will NOT be getting MJ cans...so unless they changed their plans since they emailed me (and since I posted that confirmation here several times) this 'rumour' list is fake or just complete guess work.

We are in the same boat. I still can't find any Pepsi MJ can in the stores I went to in NYC and Jersey City.

I don't know. This campaign is so random. I just can't believe the cans are not available in a major city like NYC. At least I still can't find any. Unless there is a change soon (like a TV promo), this campaign is indeed quite sparkless.

I tweeted Pepsi and they told me to 'hang in there' regarding a UK release. I took from that they are releasing them, but we just have to wait a while.

Wal Mart in North Bergen NJ has them in the coolers / fridges by the checkout counters
 
Is there going to be a new Pepsi MJ commercial in the U.S., like what China had?

I thought there was, but now seems a no go... I guess.
 
I've called a lot of Wal-Marts in Houston and it sounds like they have no clue what I'm talking about. Anyone in the Houston area?

I think instead of asking the store, we should probably be asking Pepsi directly. I think we should all start bugging them about this and find out what's going on and the expected delivery dates and locations.

Big sigh... No wonder I've had problem in finding the cans in NYC, more specifcally in Manhattan. There isn't any Walmat in NYC. While there is one Target in Manhattan, it's in Harlem.

I don't know about Kroger stores. I've never shopped there.

There is a Target store in my town. However, it's a good 30-minute walking distance away. I don't drive and don't have a car. To me, going to Target is like a day trip. Oh well... I guess I'll make a trip to Target soon.

I just wish these cans can be available everywhere, not store exclusive.
 
^^ not sure about store-exclusive as some people in this thread found them at random places like gas station and some other stores.
 
Found mine today, finally! They were at walmart, but we had no type of display or anything. They were up by the registers, but they were sitting on top of the coolers instead of inside them. bought 4!

Canada is not listed!? If Canada doesn't get the Michael Jackson cans, then I will as I said before boycott Pepsi and I'm still angry at them, I'm gonna stay angry at them they give Canada the cans or else I'm done with them.

This is not always the case I work at a liqour store. We get displays for many products depending on cases ordered. We still have not gotten any cans or a display. But I want one. But my boss only orders a couple cases a week of 16oz cans. So im guessin no display will come less the pepsi guy has one layin round in car
 
No luck here I'm sure. I'll just have to get the cans from ebay, although they are sold empty = the ick factor that someone drank from it...
 
Guys you can call the Pepsi distributor directly and they will ship to whatever store (and quatity) you want.

They are really friendly.

So if you call a Walmart that is out of cans, just ask them for the Distributor's contact.

I have to say I was a massive fan of the Pepsi/MJ promotion in the beginning and was looking forward to it, but the more I read about the way this is being handled in the USA the more I think this is a wasted opportunity...
China seemed quite successful but Pepsi USA is failing IMO.
Why are there so few cans on sale that even hardcore fans who are looking for them have difficulty finding them? What kind of promotion is that? It seems pointless. Promotion should be aimed at PROMOTING a product, ensuring awareness for people who wouldn't otherwise be aware of it, reaching out to a wide audience, not making it difficult to find for those who already know it exists. They should be selling those cans everywhere that normally sells Pepsi. It's amazing to me that store staff don't even know about the promotion. Also, why is there no TV promo in the US? Surely even a small clip should be expected.

I agree with everything you say. It's a pathetic failure here in the U.S. No advertising whatsoever, and many fans can't even find these elusive cans. I live in the biggest city in my state and have been to all the stores (Walmart, Target, Kroger) that Pepsi supposedly said on their Twitter where these cans should be. And not one can be found.

All the attention this multimillion dollar Pepsi deal got from the media when it was first announced, and as a U.S. citizen, I don't even know that marketing campaign even exists now... other then seeing these cans pop up on eBay or the few lucky fans here that have found them. It's a bunch of B.S. if you ask me.

I thought the whole point of this from the beginning was to tie it in with the Bad 25 promotion... what a joke.
 
I don't know what to suggest...:no: So far, the only place I saw them was at Wal-Mart, and that was at only one of three in my vicinity. I stumbled upon them by accident after I gave up looking because they were poorly placed. I was blown away by the picture I saw in the Chinese market that had the light-up stand and the table with PHM showing on a television screen! :eek:mg:
 
whats aggrivating me is the way that the store I work at is displaying the cans. Ok the manager told me they had the display. ..said I could have it afterwards..the problem?? The cans are not being displayed ON THE DISPLAY..they are being displayed with the rest of Pepsi cans...ya know the old one's...so they are not standing out. when I asked WHY they are not on the display I was told..."oh we found a shelf for them so they are being displayed...I was like HELLLOOOOO....you say you have a MJ display...and that is the way they should be being displayed NOT stuck on a shelf were they are blending in with the thousands of other Pepsi cans...there are all different kinds of Pepsi now and unless you are specifically looking for these MJ cans...they wont be found in this store unless they ask ME. I am really upset about this...some countries and people cannot get any cans,,,and then there are cans in stores just sitting on the shelves...I think the US could be doing a better job with promotion. All I know is when it comes time for me to get that display they promised me....it better be where they said it was,,,upstairs in the office...because if they lied...I willl be VERY upset.

Well, since they aren't even displaying the cans in the proper display case... they should just go ahead and let you have the display case now. Sounds like it's just sitting there collecting dust in some back office. That's sad, isn't it?

Who is responsible for setting up the display cases anyway? It is the Pepsi delivery man or someone in your store? If it's Pepsi dropping the ball on this whole thing... some people should be fired.
