Question: Number Ones?

why was Break of Dawn featured on Number Ones? It wasn't even a single yet alone #1 hit? just curious if anyone has the facts or opinion..If there were to be more than one song from the Invincible album to be on Number Ones, then imo Butterflies or Cry would have been legit since they were both singles other than You Rock My World...but Break of Dawn?? idk seems kind of random to me..lol
