Radio station refusing to play Micheal Jackson

that's ridiculous.
If people request the songs then they may end up playing them because there is a demand, which may make them more open to laying a single from the new album when it's released. If people don't bother to request it, then of course they'll continue with their policy of not playing MJ and and the situation will stay the same.


A while ago, a US School music TV network was refusing to play MJ videos an WE mde them change their policy by writing letters to them and requesting for the policy to be changed.

Its a waste of time. Im gonna request his songs on stations that will play him.

If people start requesting Michael's songs, the radio station might realise that a lot of their 'listeners' want to hear Michael Jackson, and therefor they might change their policy and recognise that it's a good thing to play Michael's music. Michael's going to be all over 2008, they'll have to budge someday ;) :lol:

the part that gets under my skin is that the station serves the Santa Maria area.

However, anyone that does not like the idea of requesting Michael is completely welcome to those feelings.
 
I requested in the box Michael Jackson in general.. I said something on the lines..

I would like to hear Michael Jackson, I never hear his music on this station. Will I have to switch over?
 
Is DJ Sneddon the one refusing to play MJ? Have they actually said on air that they refuse to play him or do you just never hear his music?
 
Is anyone actually listening in to see if they play Michael? :lol:

Why not requesting a single from THRILLER 25 , wanna be , TGIM 2008 or for all time to support the album's sales ?
 
This isn't fair. Now people who listen to this station will never be able to hear Rock Your Body, Cry Me A River, Like I Love You, etc.
 
Absolutely ridiculous. :rant: Michael was acquitted, they shouldn't discriminate like that.
