If the will is fake it means M didn't want to leave his kids with his mother...if not the next is Debbie..poor poor randy...what a sad human being you are....lol thanks god you have us,because not even your kids listen to you....
How can a person be more concern about random fans then his nephews feelings?not even a word about how they are doing in such a tragic day?w/e for my own sanity it's better to avoid this thread..

I don't think that Randy has any standing in contesting the will.

If Michael didn't have any will all of his assets would have gone to heirs at law. Heirs at law are his spouse and children, if none present to his parents, if none is present to his brothers and sisters. - So the will has his children as the beneficiaries so this condition is satisfied.

Then the people that can challenge the will are the beneficiaries (Katherine and the children) or any previous beneficiaries (a beneficiary mentioned in an older version but later taken out).. Now if the TMZ story is true and the 1997 will is the same in regards to beneficiaries then Randy has no standing.

Don't forget that Joe's contest is rejected as he had no legal standing - so we can say that at least Joe wasn't included in the older will.

Now even if you can contest the will, the proof of burden is on the person that's contesting the will. 3 most common reasons will be "the signature is fake, he didn't know what he was signing and they forced him to sign it".. Saying "I believe this will is fake" is not enough, you have to "prove" that it's fake. For example Randy cannot go to a court and say "my brother as I know him would never leave his family out".. In a court of law what you think and believe doesn't matter.. You need to have proof.

If you contest a will and cannot prove one of the above that means that you are taken out of the will.

I didn't know the 120 day limit but if that's the case, then it is over. The only thing is that Oxman appealed the court's decision about Joe having no legal standing. We didn't hear about the result of the appeal.

He is very selfish! he cares nothing about MJ, (unless it's money for himself) and care nothing for M>3 which makes me so, so, sad.

I'm not ready to go to FL and I don't know when I will. But I do want to go away from the US and far away from all this drama which I plan to right after June 25.:sad:
 
I agree.. I wish they would all start seeking justice and trying to put Conrad Murray behind bars

This is exactly what should be front and formost on evrey family member's mind!

Ain't that the truth. He will be attacked, as that will be the only thing to use for a defense. Also to get the media on their side. The sad fact is that some members of the Jackson family could have handled this so much better and would have been respected a lot more. I feel sorry for those in the family who hate all this nonsense.

Because for them MJ is nothing more then a billion lottery winning ticket,they have it right there,but can't touch it because it belongs to somebody's else..so they think that since it's worth a lot it would be better to share it and make dozen of them happy instead of only 3 kids..not only M was the one with the real gifts but he is also the one with the big bucks and it must be so ****** frustrating to know that everything is going to 3 little kids...I mean not even a miserable million dollar to randy and joe!??how ingrateful!

Yes, I agree: he seems to be creating unnecessary controversy and strife among fans on regular basis these days.

Just like Joe and Oxman do . They want Katherine to appear incompitent for not going along with their schemes and plans

QUESTION-Off topic:

Anyone knows if the ESTATE have all the footage that MJ has recorded over the years - behind the scenes, home videos, etc? Or Katherine & kids have all of that stuff?
Anyone knows WHO's with all of that stuff?

I heard (I think I read in some forum) that Marc Schaffel was/is with the videos (behind the scenes, home videos, etc), anyone know anything about this?
