ok so we all know now, as of june 25 that bad things happen to good ppl- thats an understatement.

what good comes out of this?? I always try to think whatever positive comes out from something negative. Is there anything at all that we get out of loosing such a sensitive soul??? a talented artist???

Nobody has answered so I'll try.

Well..'good'? Only that everyone is hearing his name and he's gaining new fans, and other people have a renewed interest in him. Truths are coming out - eg. Vitiligo. Some people are researching more about him and discovering their negative opinions about him were wrong.

This all should have happened when he was still here though..he said himself he'd be 'bigger' and understood more in his death.. he knew it.

Despite these 'good' things, there isn't ANYTHING good about him being gone and his children being orphaned, and I'd trade all this 'good' for him to be back with us.

my thoughts exactly :weeping:

yea. I agree with all 110% but the more i miss MJ the more depressed I get. Theres no one like him and unless history really does repeat itself, no one will ever come close. Not just musciallly, but the sensitive soul MJ was- sometimes ppl don't overcome their shyness and sensitivity. MJ was one of those.

I guess what I could've / should've asked is- what effect did he and will he always have an impact on you???

I am sorry but I just cannot see or think of ANYTHING good that has come out of Michael's death...I am still just devastated...and the closer the TII movie gets....the more emotional I seem to be getting again....I dont know how I will make it through the movie if I cannot even sit through the trailer.

nothing good for us but for him
i mean...that day michael went to heaven :)
don't you agree guys?!....

I think the fact that we're seeing so many people taking interest in him because of all the publicity - the ranks of fans swell up, many journos change their tune and start researching their facts before they write the articles...
I guess that's positive.
But having said that - I can't stop myself from thinking: where was all this when he was here and could see it? :(

It's hard to look for positives in something so very tragic.
I miss him so very much!

He is getting more of a fanbase. That's awesome. His music will live on forever, as will his legacy.

When singer Karen Carpenter died, the Carpenters fanbase grew so much!! And it drew much attention to Anorexia Nervosa, and many young girls saught help for Anorexia, who would not otherwise. Her death saved lives. (Major Carpenters fan here)

It's great to see others, especially younger people coming to like MJ and are being introduced to his music since his death.

I'm happy now that Michael is free. Free from the hate, discrimination, lies, deception, paparazzi, media and haters.. He's now in heaven surrounded only by love. He can now live how he's always wanted without fear of rumour or worry! He can finally be himself without judgment. He's having an absolute ball up there I tell you :) Water balloon fights and climbing trees all day! Writing new songs on his own special cloud - for us to hear when our time comes.. He's also living on in each of us. Michael to me isn't gone. The body is just a shell. Michael is living in each of our spirits. Can anyone else feel him inside us? Because I certainly can. I'm happy that Michael is free.. and I'm happy that he will ALWAYS be with us. Always. Whilst we needed Michael, God needed him more.
