A legal source close to the singer’s family confirmed: “One is in the public eye, the other not. But they are both telling the same story of regular and repeated molestations.”

The claims come 10 days after top Hollywood choreographer Wade Robson launched his own legal battle for compensation from Jackson’s estate.

Australian Robson, 30, alleges he was “systematically” molested for seven years during his childhood at the Neverland Ranch, where he was a regular guest of the star.

The other two claim they too were subjected to “years of abuse”, according to the legal source, who added: “They are waiting to see what happens in the first action.
“Neither of them have made claims publicly before and neither were involved in Michael’s 2005 molestation trial.

“Personally, I believe they are simply trying to cash-in on the enormous wealth that has accrued since Michael’s death.”

Personally that is just a copy of the first article and I don't believe they exist
Yes someone is trying to cash in and its the Tabloids- this info will only be copied
and pasted by other tabloids and some news agencies. The only source for this info
Is still the Star/ SUN ... there are no sources named or even victims named.

Why some "choose" to believe dispicable stories to harm Michael from these rags, I don't know.

Thanks @MUZIKfactoryTWO, I did not have anything whatsoever to do with this.

I don't think that Stacy Brown has anything to do with this.

I actually have my doubts that there are any "new" victims at all. I think this whole thing was created to start gossip, as a sly PR move. What better place to start than some old rag that never checks their sources and only wants to print salacious stories.

I could be proven wrong later on, but as of right now, it's my hunch. And I don't think we should feed into it.

After thinking about it, I'm not sure if it is better, when nobody is responding to this BS or if the Estate/Family gives a strict statement...

There are a lot of low people out there trying to find ways to make money even saying disgusting lies to do it. It's all about money. Michael's estate is making a lot of money and it's in the news and people are just waiting for an opportunity to try to get some of that money. It's crap and should be treated like crap.

which is why the Estate needs to fight Wade with all they have (and then some). If Wade gets away with his crap, the crazy lawsuits will never stop.....

Funny that the other 2 will come forward or file a claim after they see the outcome of Wade's claim. So the only thing they want is money. It's hard not to believe that people would come out with false claims. The story of those two coming with a story may be true but the story itself is not.

I read that Shane Sparks (from dws) says he believes Wade. His reasons, he knew Wade when he was a child, his family was a modest one but little Wade always had expensive gifts given by Michael. Wade visits and access to Neverland except the bedroom. Other reasons he has is that Wade is a good man who wouldn't lie or wouldn't do this to himself and he doesn't need money.

I don't understand why expensive gifts given to a child means something nefarious is going to occur. Who knows if maybe Wade asked for those gifts & Michael, being that had the money, just gave it to him. Why it always has to mean that there's something bad. I don't understand that kind of thinking. Always blaming Michael, thank God he's not being blamed for the drastic changes in temperature. (Well, he and those gold pants should be blame for global warming).

yup - and if Wade's claim gets thrown out, they can go "oh we don't have the courage to go through with this after all" and walk away.

In 2003, Daniel Kapon was 18 years old when he, accompanied by his mother, contacted the Santa Barbara Police Department and the Los Angeles Police Department claiming he had been sexually molested by Michael Jackson when he was a child. The young man was represented by Gloria Allred, an attorney who also represented the Chandlers for a short period of time in 1993. The claim was that Kapon had “repressed memories” of the molestation and therefore only recently recalled the abuse. The psychiatrist who helped Kapon “remember” was Dr. Carole Lieberman. Allred and Lieberman had filed earlier complaints against Jackson for the so called “baby dangling incident” and campaigned for Jackson’s children to be taken away from him.

The police interviewed the boy but they did not find him credible. He described horrendously sadistic acts, kept changing his story and he claimed impossibilities. Most importantly, when the police contacted Kapon’s father, they learned the boy had never even met Michael Jackson.

On May 28, 2004 the police closed the investigation stating "after an extensive investigation, which included hours of interviews with the person making the allegations, detectives concluded there was no evidence that any crime occurred. No charges will be sought".
After the police closed their investigation, Kapon sold his story to the tabloid publication, News of the World. Reportedly, the tabloid paid him $500,000 for an approximate half hour video tape where he described the alleged abuse in graphic detail. On May 30, 2004 the paper printed the story of Kapon’s allegations, but failed to mention that the police had already investigated his claims and did not find them credible.The article was published two days after the police released the statement stating that the case had been closed but at the end of the article, the journalist claimed that the investigation in Kapon’s case was actually ongoing.

Kapon also filed a civil complaint against Jackson. In his case, besides the allegations of sexual abuse, he claimed that a number of Jackson's hit songs had been stolen from him, including songs on Jackson’s Bad album which was released in 1987. In 1987, Kapon was two years old. Kapon also claimed that he fathered the singer’s two eldest children; that his mother appeared in Jackson’s Thriller video and that Jackson was “madly in love” with her; that “his mother married Jackson multiple times, and testified that the ceremonies were attended by Elizabeth Taylor, Celine Dion, Elton John, Paul McCartney, Beyonce Knowles and Diana Ross”.

Daniel Kapon did not show up at start of the civil trial and the case was thrown out of court in January 2008.

Joseph Bartucci Jr.

Another accuser who, as it later turned out never even met Jackson, was a man called Joseph Bartucci Jr.

In 2004 Bartucci filed a civil lawsuit against Jackson claiming the star kidnapped and molested him in New Orleans between May 19 and May 27, 1984. Bartucci alleged that Jackson cut him, licked the blood off of his arm and proceeded to snort coke off of the laceration – all while raping him. Bartucci was 18 years old at the time of the alleged assault. As an explanation for why he waited until 2004, twenty years later to report this kidnapping, he too cited “repressed memories” that he claimed he only recalled when he heard that Thomas Sneddon was calling for alleged victims to come forward in November, 2003.

Jackson was not in New Orleans but in California at the time of the alleged assault, a fact that could be easilly proven by the entertainer's attorneys, so Judge Eldon Fallon tossed the lawsuit. It also emerged that Bartucci was, as Judge Fallon put it, a "professional litigator". He had been involved in 18 civil and criminal suits over the previous 17 years and had also formally accused a minister of sexual abuse.

According to The Smoking Gun website, in 1996 Bartucci was arrested for stalking a woman: “According to court records, Bartucci took a plea to a reduced count of harassment and was fined, sentenced to probation, and hit with a 90-day suspended jail term.”

This is crazy. But it was real. So I won't be surprised if more "victims" (nutjobs) come out should Wade's claim show any potential. It happened on both previous occasions, so we should be prepared for the same scenario now. And you don't even need AEG or any other evil power for that to happen.

Btw, there's a tabloid rumour that there are two other "victims" waiting in the wings so it might get even worse. Then again, both the source and the "victims" are unnamed and it comes from a trashy tabloid so I doubt it's even true.

Kinda ironic that the publicity surrounding the arvizo trial against mj triggered abuse memories amongst men who hadn't even met mj, but with robson who was actually one of the main defence witnesses at the trial and who now claims 7yrs of abuse by mj, nothing, nada, not a flicker. Weird.

Serial killers have a pattern to how they kill their victims. Surely these supposed victims, including Wade Robson, should realize this and should be able to describe exactly how Michael Jackson came onto them. Another thing that one reads when it comes to victims of child molestation is their perpetrator makes them fearful, by saying they will kill the child's parents if the child says anything. It seems that if Wade was fearful of Michael Jackson's retaliation, DA Thomas Sneddon would've put him and his family in a Witness Protection program to keep him safe. This isn't about justice, it is about making money.

If Michael Jackson had been so consumed with molesting children, surely the FBI would have found child pornography on Michael Jackson's computer's. The Who guitarist, Pete Townsend, was busted in 1999 for having child pornography on his computer. The FBI is pretty rigorous about watching the different sites who visit these child pornography sites and then go after those who visit them and then they will knock on your front door. It is logical to think that men who grow up to molest children would have been molested when children. Is Wade Robson visiting such sites on his computer and continuing the cycle of abuse? Even with his repressed memories? How convenient to say he had repressed memories when the Law would have protected him. Wade Robson saw what falsely accusing Michael Jackson did to Michael Jackson first hand, how these alleged allegations tore Michael Jackson's spirit down.

Michael would not have had the ability to put into music and song his expressions of how these proven liars, starting with Evan Chandler, tried to destroy him because of the evil way of becoming rich. You wanna talk about being lazy, Paul Gongaware should go after this Wade Robson, instead of thinking Michael Jackson is lazy!

Whatever. In the eyes of the public now, MJ is dead and Wade and anyone else is making up lies. Look MJ was more invested than a serial killer and nothing was found on MJ and the people who accused are conartists and liars. MJ had a trial in which TOm and other DA tried to do their best even at thier best tried to bring down MJ and TOm and his DAs looked stupid and appeared to have nothing even with lying witnesses who were proven to be liars on the stand. So IF this is true about two more, they are no different than the rest who is trying to jump on the bandwagon. At this point, as one DJ said on his show, "to accuse MJ of child abuse has been a joke and these people are full of it". If there was anything of substance, it would have came out in 2005 which even that trial was a joke".
