i hate sleeping lately! grrrr makes me mad! i go to bed at like 1 am right then i lay there agitated and cant sleep until about 4am

L-tryptophan, or in layman's terms, dairy products, turkey, etc. Munch on a piece of cheese.
Milk products as well. Just leave out the chocolate, 'cause chocalate has caffeine'.
So make a sandwich, or roll-up, with some turkey or chicken and add on a little cheese. I'd try this before any medicinal product for sure. Obviously, no caffeine, and that includes chocolate. Nature's provided all the answers, we just have to use them.
