That "photoshop" pic is a freeze frame of Mike in motion (thrusting his hips), tossing the goods against the fabric. The fabric is stretched due to the motion and the goods. Mike wasn't in a fully "engaged" state, because if he was the show would have been X-rated...LMFAO! Add to that Mike is a black man and (more often than not), they are blessed.
