I agree. Contact the family. Contact Jermaine. Jermaine won't let something like this go. None of the brothers would. I think that they didn't deal with Halperin properly because Michael had just passed and everything was up in the air. But when Michael news slows down, something like this book is sure to grab headlines and that's not going to be good.

I've also contacted Barbara Kaufman and Deborah Kunesh who have excellent blogs dedicated to showing the truth about Michael Jackson.

I sent the information to my youtube MJ friends and one wrote back and said that they are contacting Geraldine Hughes, as well.
 
Hopefully something can be done. When my friends return from Haiti & they settle i'll tell them what's going on with the book. They are close to the Jackson's & are extremely wealthy i'm sure they will work something out.

No, I haven't received a reply yet. I emailed Barbara Kaufman (who is a writer and has this wonderful website dedicated to Michael) and she actually told me that she believes in the first amendment freedom of speech! Ummm. . . okay.

I'll resend my letters out.

Also, I don't understand. Most of those boys have gone on record saying that Michael never did anything inappropriate with them and they were all just friends. Can't those guys sue this author for being libel if this book is published?

Yes, I think they can.

You know, Omer is mentioned there, I don't think he would like this obviously. If nobody can stop it except the people mentioned in the book then I think Omer is our best bet.
 
I do not believe the main stream media will go near this sicko with a ten foot pole. His twisted sexual beliefs make him not fit for main stream media. Even MJ'S detractors will be slamming this guy. He makes MICHAEL a sympathetic figure. Looks like all the major publishing houses told him to go jump off a bridge. He is definitely radio active.


This book will not generate any pub what so ever. The media will not give him a plat -form to promote his twisted agenda.They may want to, but the public won't tolerate it.

That's right. Write complains to the publisher and the author. This kind of book is stupid, people will pick it up if they find it in the bookshop and flip on it but I doubt anyone would buy it unless they are really stupid to waste they money on some nonsense.

If the book is release go and write your comments on Amazon or any review sites you can find. This will make the rattings drop. If there is a website, complain about it. If you see the book in your bookshop, complain about it and ask them to stop ordering. Tell them the book is really aweful and people don't want to waste their money on some rubbish. What I do these days when I find aweful books on MJ in bookshop is I take all of them and hide them in some corner beneath other books so nobody can find it! lol! Sometimes I choose to write a note and leave it in the book.

You know what guys, the only people really interested in reading a book about Michael Jackson, are Michael Jackson fans - who will take one look at the title and leave it exactly where it belongs, on the shelf.

I remember being so upset when Halperin published his "Book" *sniggers* but now take extreme delight in seeing that everywhere I go, all MJ books are sold out but his. Nobody is interested. Because its rubbish. Plain and simple. I LOVE that he wasted his time. Idiot.


I dont think we need to panic. Anybody with half a brain will see through this immediately. And I do feel that the general public are more sympathetic to our beloved Michael now that he is gone (Yes, it pains me to say it)

And we will certainly be too busy on the anniversary of Michael's passing to take any notice of this.

A man called Carl Toms wrote it. But I'm not sure if it is the right person or not!!!!!

The media will probably look into it if it means that they can print more crap about him for the sake of money!!!!!!!!!!

But that didnt really happen with Halperin. Everyone made an initial fuss and then just started yawning when they read his 'work'.

We will all just have to do our bit I guess - the security guard at my local HMV is used to me 'tidying up' around the MJ section - you know, clearing out the rubbish :)

I like clearing up literary misunderstandings. Just take Halperin and help him out. Put him in the appropriate section- FICTION. :agree::D
