I've never heard of propofol being found at Neverland, if there had been I'm sure Tom Sneddon would have not let that go. When you remember how Michael was treated, with so many lies, if they had something truthful, they would have gone for it, this is just yet another lie.
He lived in Bahrain in the middle east in recent years, it would have been very difficult to get these drugs there. It is just not true
This is correct, as I understand it. Lists of drugs found at Neverland were online. There was no propofol ever mentioned. If it had been there, I'm sure that info would have been available. I remember that Demerol WAS found at N/L. Michael had back-pain, and he had a prescription. It was not illegal for him to have the drug.
Propofol is not a controlled substance, like narcotics. The possession of propofol was not then, nor now, illegal to my knowledge. The use of it in a home-setting was unthinkable, but I'm sure that now it WILL be re-classified as a controlled substance.
Bahrain is a modern country, and I'm sure that there was availability of the same drugs as can be obtained in the United States.
There are MANY questions that need answers.
The timeline is pivotal. When did Michael really die, and what did Murray DO, then? Who did he call?
Who else was in the house?
Murray fled from the hospital. Who picked him up? A taxi? A person? Who?
Why was it first reported that Michael had injected himself with Demerol, and then not said again? According to the (limited) report, no Demerol was found in his system. Is that true?
Why are there conflicting reports about Michael's health? AEG-related people say he was fine, and fans say otherwise.
Why did Tohme show up at the press-conference, when he'd already been fired?
Why did Jermaine introduce Tohme to Michael, in the first-place?
Why did Tohme have such a large amount of Michael's cash on-hand? Did Michael even KNOW about it? Tohme could sign checks. . . . . .
Why are there conflicting reports about WHEN Frank Dileo said he received phone calls about Michael's condition? Was he notified in the morning, or at lunch, as he later said?
It's been reported that Michael called Frank to say he was not feeling well. Why didn't Frank get him to a hospital?
Was/is Frank on the Board of Directors of Sony/ATV? If so, could that not be seen as a conflict of interest, if he was Michael's manager?
Was AEG PAYING Frank? Are they, still?
It's been reported that Michael told Murray he was ill. If true, why did Murray -- his doctor! -- refuse to take him to a hospital?
Who REALLY wanted Murray for Michael's doctor? Michael, or AEG?
And more. . . . .
