actually it is little trickier

- the accuser described spots ( a vitilago marking) on his genitals and buttocks- this was a match .

- he also said he was circumcised but he was not - so this was not a match

so the description was not 100% true but some parts were true.

at that time some people around MJ said that
- the vitilago spots could be a guess - as he said oprah that he had this spots.
or
- the accuser could have seen MJ naked from behind when he was changing in his swim trunks..

If I'm not mistaken DA thought that MJ went to Mexico to bleach his genitals so that the spots will not match at that time. but all of these were speculation

as the circumcision description was not true it is said as no match.

I was reading that Tohme fired people when he was supposed to be being fired himself and that he was hanging around after being fired or something. I'm just trying to make sense of this. Geraldo had a guess on his show a couple of months ago.... the 93 case was discussed and the trip was mentioned.

i saw it on YT. complete and utter BS.

Just because he said MJ had spots on his genitals doesn't mean he saw MJ naked lol
it's common knowledge that anyone with Vitiligo have markings in those places because the genitals are one of the most affected areas on a person with Vitiligo, as well has their hands and face!

Plus, the spots were not a match because they were not in the places chandler said they were even though MJ did had spots they were not where he said he saw them! MJ simply had spots because DAH! he has Vitiligo and of course he will have spots. All the chandlers had to do was look up Vitiligo! Anyone could have especially after MJ went to Oprah and talked about his Vitiligo for the first time in public. Plus, it was obvious that chandler was lying especially when he said MJ had a Circumcision and he clearly did not!

Klein and harvey "TMZ" need to find a chair and sit their ASSES down! They don't care about MJ! One of the guys who work for TMZ the other day was dressed up as a bottle of Propofol as his Halloween custom that he look like he made and he was also holding a big fake needle as well. It was disrespectful and disgusting they think it's FUNNY and asking stupid questions about 1993 when MJ is dead clearly they can give to shit really!

Well I wrote that some people said that the spots can be a lucky "guess" and/or he could have get a glimse at a unrelated event.

I also mentioned that the circumcision inconsistency was the most important thing that resulted in "not a match".

I saw this mess when it aired the dude who was saying that he only said what "they" he said told him....u know Sneedon and his peeps! But, he then said he don't know if it was true that MJ did anything bad....LOL then SHOUT UP! He was making light of the fact that MJ was upset that they were taking pics of him kinda laughing that MJ was crying!

I have only one thing to say after reading this TMZ foolishness. It's become more and more apparent that Klein had some kind of hate, distaste, resentment or jealousy against Michael in his heart all this time. There's no other explanation as for why he'd even suggest any of the crap he's been spouting since Michael's death. No other reason whatsoever, imo. No one can be this THICK in the head. He's doing it on purpose. I'd swear that opinion on a stack of Bibles. This man is not stupid. He knows EXACTLY what he's doing. And to think all those months before Michael died he trusted this man to inject ish into his face. It's downright creepy to know people like Klein and Lester were so close and dear to Michael and somewhere in their hearts they were just waiting for the moment to not only throw him under the bus, but to also pour salt on the wounds while the bus dragged him for miles and miles. Klein just can't shut the hell up. No one was even thinking or talking about him lately yet he keeps rearing his nasty little head. I hope every word that comes out of his mouth comes back to haunt him in a court of law and he ends up in a cell next to Murray.

Maybe the celebrities on his twitter should know what they're in for having Dr. Arnie for their doctor. Heaven forbid they died and he decided to talking crap about them to the media. This man has seriously lost his flaming mind or he's been a hateful little troll all along!

and didn't the doc (the father of geraldo's son's wife).....
say that he wasn't involved in the case but his partner (another doc in the same practice) was involved and that is how he viewed the file and then talked about it on Geraldo?

How is this not a breach of confidentiality and breaking HIPPA law. You can't just pick up a file that another doctor in your practice is involved in then talked about it on TV.:bugeyed

sneddon asked the judge to introduce it to the jurors in 2005 and gave a sworn testimony that it matched " based on his own observation and believes" , he claimed he believed it matched because jordan described a dark spot on the left side of mj's penis . sneddon claimed they did found that spot . and that's why he believed it matched .

MJ was a black man suffering from vitiligo ,certainly dark spots were everywhere on his penis , left , right , center . It was everywhere . they were getting paler and paler and sneddon could have chose one of those "relatively" dark spots on mjs penis to say "hey we found it, that's it "

all they needed was to detect a spot on the left side of mjs penis and say the description matched . BUT HOW MANY SPOTS WERE THERE ? MANY , the guy was turning white so the spots were many and certainly there were spots on his penis, that is a fact .

what sneddon failed to tell us in his motion was whether the size matched, whether they found other spots, how dark was that spot, whether the boy said mj was circumcised or not ,whether that was true , whether that was the ONLY spot on mj's penis .


all sneddon claimed was jordan gave them an explicit description of mj's penis , yet we saw no explicit describtion of it in sneddon motion although he would have been more than willing to do so , the only thing he list as a match " dark spot on the left side of his penis" as a reason to believe jordan saw mj's penis .


you gotta keep in mind that sneddon described the books seized from mj's bedroom as "gay books containing photos of children " in his motions to include them as evidence into the trial .


" Man, A Sexual Study of Man. Illustrated with Photographs and Art Prints"

in his motions sneddon said this book contained photos of" gay men and teenagers involved in sexual activities which could be used for grooming children"

It was infact a study book on male sexuality in all different areas whether hetero or homo . and there was certainly no teenagers in it . but based on sneddon "own observation and believes" they looked like teenagers.


another book mentioned by the prosecutors as a book "containing photos of gay men and teenagers which could be used for grooming kids ", again teenagers based on sneddon "own observation and believes" was made by a German Photographer called Taschen who was in talk with Jackson's people to photograph the Jackson family and he Mr Taschen send the book to MJ to get a glimpse of his "Art work".

the third one was a book described by the prosecution as a " book containing photographs of nude men , woman and children " of course that was not true .
