how the HELL did he pass this physical. Karen Fayes been saying the same thing.. HE WAS NOT UP TO THESE SHOWS.. and yet this phrsical was passed. this needs to be investigated

I dont see why an insurance company would "set up" a passed physical tho. they stand now to loose alot of money and will be wishing they never insured

from my understanding murray was the doctor jackson wanted and approved of. thats about all i know concerning what did and didnt happen

Yes but the person who has 'confirmed' that was Randy Phillips from AEG... and Michael is not around to say he didn't choose the doctor...

L ee Michael's nutritionist said that she did lab tests on Michael as he asked to see how his health was; she said he said he was tired & getting ready to do some concerts. When the results came back. she says he had a clean bill of health & this was in February.

Maybe this explains why AEG have applied to be included in the legal proceedings? Somethings not right. If they charge Murray with Manslaughter, the next stage will be to see who (if anyone) he was working for...he may have been put up to this....??

I so agree with you. From the day that 911 phone call was broadcast my Mum said WTF was this guy about???? Mumbling on, 'we have a man here.....'.

The most famous person in the world is infront of you unconscience, you'd be like, 'Get someone here NOW - Michael Jackson is unconconscience, HURRY!!!!!!!'

Just a thought if Michael needed help to sleep and Dr Conrad was administering Propofol (and/or whatever) perhaps Michael asked for Dr Conrad to do the medical. That way the drugs (if there were any) in his system could have been kept quiet and just between Dr and patient.

You would have thought though that the insurance company would have insisted their own Dr do the medical? Hopefully the truth will come out, somehow doubt it :(

OK this is now settled. Dr. Conrad Murray DID NOT do the first AEG/Insurance physical.
Warrants for searches conducted this week on Murray's Las Vegas properties authorized federal drug agents and LAPD detectives to seize e-mails, letters and notes between the cardiologist, Jackson and Beverly Hills dermatologist Arnold Klein, West Hollywood rheumatologist Allan Metzger, Los Angeles nurse practitioner Cherilyn Lee, Las Vegas dentist Mark Tadrissi, Beverly Hills anesthesiologist Randy Rosen and New York City ear-nose-and-throat specialist David Slavit.

Slavit was chosen by an insurance company this spring to give Jackson a physical so promoter AEG Live could get coverage for the singer's comeback concerts. Jackson's relationship to Tadrissi is not known.

These doctors are the worst, I thought ppl with $ could get the best doctors.. I seen folks on Medicaid get better health care than MJ.. MJ should've signed up for BlueCross/Blueshield.. These mofos are terrible
 
If drug and alcohol related as well as pre-existing conditions are not covered= no payday for AEG, then they will throw Murray under the bus for their money. They benefit big time. AEG knew the risk and honestly, Jackson even told his chef "They're killing me." Hello? I think AEG doubted that Jackson could finish the tour but made sure those "multiple insurance policies" I've been hearing about were ready and in place.
 
i don't think we will. it looks like mj was doing well, then they took all the key people away from him, his chef etc...an dthen brought them in when he was doing poorly.

so what happened in the time from mj being clean and doing well but just tired to him having a housefull of drugs?

it's almost as if they sabotaged him and didn't want himi to do those shows. knew he wouldn't do them, cancel or try to get out of it, so this was like their only hope to recoup something. cuz an alive mj who backed out of something and who has an injuction over him by aeg isn't worth as much as a dead mj that they can exploit
 
Something needs to happen.If this Murray did it so... All the peoples around Michael.. the killed him together... they lied... they tried to use him... to addict him... !

Karen Faye Kissinger is lying. Ther was a reason Jackson fired her before. Then like the rest of the leeches; they are all back; all saying drugs, drugs, drugs.

I want to ask Karen what's in the make-up she used on Michael Jackson?

Half the family says Michael was healthy and fine. The other half says he was a drug addict.
Half the people working for him say he was healthy, the other half says drug addict.
Half the fans think healthy, half think drug addict.
This is the sickest sh*t I've ever seen. Someone needs to start telling the truth.
They can't have it both ways.
I hope AEG and this *doctor* release this *report* so we can see it.

I have a question though.....are the drugs that were taken from the house that the media has been hyping up about actually the ones found in Dr. Murrays room and not MJ's as they have been stating? I think some clarity is needed here.....'Cause they are making it seem as though MJ was stocked with drughs all over the house!
 
You're right. He's a doctor so of course he may have various medications, plenty of them, stocked with him.
 
Yall need to keep in mind that we are only getting a lot of speculation from the media right now. The LAPD hasn't even spoken to the public yet.

I am getting weary of hearing all this stuff. I want the truth. Geraldo was on there tonight and he spoke with Joe and Katherine and the family is convinced that Michael was murdered for that catalogue and that Murray is just the fall guy. To add more confusion, one doctor, can't remember his name, is directly blaming Arnold Klein for training Murray to administer Diprivan to Michael while Klein is denying that he even knew Murray. Why are the doctors out there blaming each other? Everybody is running for cover.

And things would be more understandable to me if the WHOLE family and not just LaToya and Joe was on record as saying MJ was murdered. Also it would be more clear if ALL of Michael's friends would be saying that he seemed ok and not some of them getting their 15 minutes of fame proclaiming that Michael was a drug addict. I don't like this half and half thing that is going on. This tells me that somebody is lying. It can't be both. The chef lady says Michael said the people were gonna kill him by working him too hard. Yet DeLio says that no body was gonna out dance Michael and that MJ himself chose the 50 dates in an attempt to outdo Prince. Either he was ready for this tour or he was not. Who do we believe? Either he signed on for 50 dates or he thought he was doing 10 only. Whose lying? Either he was health and drug free or he was not. Who is lying?

Some how, I believe the LAPD already knows the answer to these questions. That is why they are constantly working. And soon enough we are gonna get the answer.
 
Other things don't add up about his prescription medicines.

Okay on the news they claim he used several aliases to get his prescriptions? So did MJ have multiple ID cards which he would have to get using various proof such as birth certificate and social security number to get an ID because I know when I go to get prescription they ask for ID every single time.

Could those drugs have been planted there by the other doctor? Michael Jackson is famous. Wouldn't someone know who he is?
