EXCLUSIVE: Alejandra Jackson Agrees To Move Out Of Family Compound

Jermaine Jackson's ex-girfriend and mother to his kids has agreed to vacate Michael Jackson's compound, just days before she was due in court to face eviction, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

Alejandra Jackson has been battling it out with the King of Pop's estate after she refused to leave the Encino property so it could be renovated.

But in a sudden, shock move she has agreed to leave the compound - where she has resided for nearly 20 years - almost immediately.

Legal documents, filed Friday state: "The Residence will voluntarily vacate and withdraw from the immediate possession of the Residence no later than 9.30am April 14th 2011."

Michael Jackson's mom, Katherine and his three children, already moved out of the property and are renting a house in Calabasas, Ca.

However Alejandra was refusing to budge despite being offered a fully furnished condo to house her own family.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com Jermaine opened up about the battle and revealed his brother wanted Alejandra - who also has two children with his other brother Randy Jackson - evicted.

"Michael would have done anything for one of us, but he did not come around to Havenhurst because he didn't like Alejandra," he said.

"She's played dirty. She acted like my mom was going to throw her out on the street and that's not true."

Alejandra's lawyer, Robert Kashfian, has requested that the "Unlawful Detainer trial date be re-designated as a Case Management Conference" or the "trial date be vacated" so they can discuss other possessory matters regarding the case at a later date.

Alejandra Jackson -- the houseguest who just wouldn't leave -- has agreed to vacate the Jackson family compound -- and sources tell TMZ a tell-all book deal is now a done deal.


Alejandra -- who has 5 kids via two of Michael Jackson's brothers, Randy and Jermaine -- has been a squatter in the Encino compound for months -- and was probably going to be evicted next week after a court hearing, but she has informed the Michael Jackson Estate she will be moving out by April 14.

The Estate had offered Alejandra a condo, provided she sign a confidentiality agreement, but she refused. Sources tell us the Estate is not paying Alejandra a penny or offering her any housing -- this was Alejandra's decision -- and we're told it's a clear sign a book deal has been closed.

well WHEREVER her and her children go..I hope they are happy...I am sure they will NOT be on the street...and if she tries to write a book its whatever at this point....she thinks she is gonna spill all kinds of Jackson's secrets...go ahead..let her..

However, I believe the $80,000 dollars Alejandra will collect before April 14, 2011 is coming directly from the Michael Jackson Estate.
 
I am the only one that feels sad that Michael didn't want to visit his familly home because of her? If it is true he didn't like her. She overstayed her welcome and if she writes a book then she shows no appreciation to Katherine and Michael for giving her and her children food and shelter for 20 years free.

She may be one of the reasons, but I believe Michael didn't visit often because he knew the moment he did, he'd be pounced on, with people tugging on him from every direction wanting him to do something.

Probably that too. It's just sad that he felt he couldn't go there since it was his home for a long time before neverland.

If you do, I would like to sell you some swamp land in Arizona.
The flow of money is going this way:
from the Michael Jackson Estate to Katherine Jackson to Jermaine Jackson to Alejandra.
 
Isn't Jermaine writing a book? Maybe he got an advance for it and using it. But the other scenario with Katherine and the estate is possible too.

The Estate cannot just give money like that. They have to account for every dollar to the judge. It won't happen.
 
She has 80,000, dollars If she does not put that down on a house , then I would of had definitly called her a "gold digger. Thanks Jermaine for paying the women know matter how she got it. She is now out of Ms Jackson hair and she can now mourn her son along with his chlildern in peace. And if she writes a book so what . I has to be mainly on Randy and Jermaine because those are the only two men she has been with besides her husband Nicolas Ray.

O.K. there is, also, the possiblilty the flow of money begins with Katherine, because she received millions of money from Michael Jackson's Life insurance policies.
So, the money flow could be: from Katherine to Jermaine to Alejandra.

I don't ever remember hearing about Katherine recieving money from any life insurance policy. AEG received money from an insurance policy they had in MJ, and the money from the policy would have wen to the estate, not Katherine.

Michael Jackson's Life Insurance Paid Out

LOS ANGELES &#8212; Court filings state the administrators of Michael Jackson's estate have received the King of Pop's life insurance proceeds.
The records, filed Friday in Los Angeles, are redacted and don't indicate how much the policy paid out. The filings state that money designated for Jackson's three children has been received by a trust being handled by special administrators of the singer's estate.
The filings are meant to augment a petition to give the children a monthly stipend. Another filing indicates Jackson's mother, Katherine, is also eligible for some benefits from the policy.
The administrators are also seeking an allowance for Katherine Jackson, who is now caring for the children.
A court hearing is scheduled Monday on whether the allowances will be granted

finally! I am glad she's moving out and and I am glad the Estate is not paying for her new housing. As for her book, it will be interesting to read it, but I won't be buying it of course.

exactly. i guess she bottled it and left the house at the last minute. aslong as the estate isnt giving her a dime she can do what she wants. good ridence

i dont believe that for a minute.i guess jerm will blame alex for mj keeping away from his family in 2001 msg and for example london 07 when jermaine was going round asking fans where mj was staying cause according to him they were having dinner together lol. just a part of the denial that as the cascios said. mj stayed away from his bros cause they bought him nothing but trouble.
