Jermaine wasn't exactly raped nor forced to sleep and conceive children with the same woman his brother already had illigimate children with ... just sayin' a decent man doesn't do that.
True. And that goes both ways.
Once she noticed that things were going in another direction (away from one brother and towards the other) she should have pulled back. She didn't have children for Jermaine once. She had children for him more than once. The first time may have been a slip-up. What do we call the second time?
Also, I'm not saying he should not have to pay child support. He should pay, because the children are already here, and they did not ask to be born. Plus, she needs help providing for them. She obviously doesn't have the money to do it by herself. She was relying on the Jacksons to provide for her. She is a grown woman that can't stand on her own.
Once the children are out on their own, he and his brother will be free of her and will only have to deal directly with the children that she bore. They won't have to have anymore regular contact with her. Until then, they will have to ride time. All of them.
When your heart gets you into trouble, you have to follow your mind. When a person takes time out to think about a situation, they often find the answer. After that, it's all about doing what is best for all involved even if it means having to cut your losses.
And working towards peace should be at the top of the list. There's one thing that is happening in her favor and that is that Jermaine and Randy are still remaining strong as brothers. If this wasn't happening, it would be hard for them all to get through this.
