USA!!! New MJ SingleS Coming *** Official HT VIDEO ***

It’s a nice idea which could’ve been made better, I would prefer if it was a longer video. This song deserves more energy and intensity it’s not up to MJ’s standards not even close and we deserve more commitment from Sony. Now they should arrange live performances for this song in popular TV shows, award shows, events, etc… I would like to see it becoming a huge it.

I prefer if they used the original audio instead of the remix

Now, we don't know that, Dorian. We only know abou the beat sounding like a BJ beat. I doubt there was any beatbox in the original version + there are some stuff in this that is in the album version which Teddy Riley made.
 
The vocal on the video version sounds like another 'take' or session. It's sung differently in parts.
I don't think they simply used the acapella from the album version and put it into the video version. They have carefully selected parts from the recording session.

The additional ad-libs are taken from previous recording sessions and have been used most prominently in various remixes issued in the '90ies.


Anyway, there are only 2 new remixes of "Hollywood Tonight". One is a techno remix which is pretty much boring IMO, the 2nd one is the version they have used for the official music video.

Also there is no confirmation yet as to whether all these versions will be released officially or physically. That above info about the fact that they exist came courtesy of Nick2341 early yesterday

Hologram?? They did VMA 2009 without a hologram and it was totally awesome. I don’t appreciate your sarcasm.

Actually my fav songs in "michael" is Best of Joy, Much too soon. But I m curious abt the BTM project. hope i can see my footage there

"Behind the Mask," which was recently completed by John McClain and Jon Nettlesbey, is praised by critics for infusing the spirit of Michael's music from the past. Rolling Stone called it "a fiercely funky cousin to "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'" The song is written by Michael Jackson, Chris Mosdell and Ryuichi Sakamoto and produced by Michael Jackson, John McClain and Jon Nettlesbey. The song's recognizable hook is a sample of "Behind The Mask" as performed by Ryuichi Sakamoto's Yellow Magic Orchestra. And "Hollywood Tonight", which USA TODAY said "pulsates with Billie Jean-esque energy, was written during the time of the Invincible album. In 2007, Michael pulled the track out of the archives to work on the song with producer Theron "Neff-U" Feemster. "Hollywood Tonight" was written by Michael Jackson and Brad Buxer and the track was produced by Teddy Riley, Michael Jackson with co-producer by Theron "Neff-U" Feemster. Ellen DeGeneres debuted and danced to the song with her audience during her popular talk show.

I want more CD singles I have Hold My Hand & Hollywood Tonight and on Vinyl I have Behind The Mask but I want more singles
