Yup...I have no idea who the women is, but its yet another cute picture..:)
 
I think she cooked for him for some time. An article about it was posted here few months ago.
 
I don't think so, that doesn't look like her, let alone like a woman from the Fillipines.
 
She was Michael's chef.....Quincy introduced them and she cooked for him starting on a particular tour and sometime after that.

Yes she spoke about him very highly in an interview article. Said she cooked for him and Liz one time too.
