Your most-intense-goosebumps-Michael moment?

I was at work a year after michael's death, i was standing up counting fruit cups, and i could feel someone looking at me and when I looked up it was michael. he was gone is a flash, i turned to follow but before i made a step something said you know who that was. That moment was beautiful. Michael came to see me in Spirit. i work in food service.

-when I first saw his dangerous concert on TV
-the verdict in 2005

- When I was 4 years old, watching "Moonwalker" for the first time. lol Completely gobsmacked and infatuated, from that moment on lol.

- In '03 in Vegas, I was in a crowd when he was in (at that time) the mall in the Aladdin Casino. I still don't know how he figured out that it was me that called his name lol. I asked him if I could hug him, he walked right up to me and squeezed me. I figured I'd probably never be this close to him ever again lol, so I said right into his ear "this world needs you Michael". He then grabbed my head, KISSED MY FRIGGIN' CHEEK, then walked off, but continued to keep a hold of my hand until he was out of reach.........

CLOUD 9 STATUUUUUUUUSSSSSS lol. I'm so so incredibly grateful that I was able to tell him what I did with my own lips, and know he actually heard it.

His surprise mini performance at the 2001 MTV VMAs with Nsync ..

It was the fact that at the time, I had NO IDEA that was happening and I was pissed when the etch-a-sketch said "KINGS OF POP"...

And then it turned singular..

And then his scream sound bite played...

And then his silhouette..

Chills

Awww, so cool! *envious*
Don't be lol, it was pure luck/by God's hand, any other day I could've done the exact same thing and he'd have walked right past me without a second glance lol.

Getting confirmation of having This Is It tickets.
The verdict coming through in 2005 is something I will remember forever tbh.

^^ I don't know what happened to that post, but my response was:

:dropdead:

Whenever he's going wild in performances:

- The last part of "Beat live in Bucarest in 92", when he goes "woo-oooooooooh........... aaaaaaaah !!!!!!!!" and everybody goes wild. Jennifer Batten pushes Lavell's smith back a little, the blond dancer points at someone in the crowd as if he's saying "yeah keep talkin smack, you lucky you that far !". Oh and i love the way Jennifer gets into position and screams while her guitar catches fire and Michael stands like "here you go photographers !". Jennifer looks so wild, so sexy, shout out to whoever gave her that outfit (especially the black pants) and hairstyle.

- His "performances" next to James Brown (James Brown's concert + BET Awards)

- His surprise performance at the end of Nsync's performance in 2001. "Do i really have to repeat ? Ok, this is how you do it." kind of performance. :)

- Man In the Mirror during the dangerous tour concert in the "Ultimate Collection" dvd: after the "hoo hoo hhhoo hoo hoo" he spins for a long time before remembering he has to stop spinning in order to leave the stage. If you look closely enough, you'll see he has a moustache when he's done spinning.

- The way he dances at the beginning of the TDCAU (Brazil).

- The last part of the "Bad" performance in Yokohama in 1987, i love the way he puts his whole body into the first "hhhhhhoo !!!!!" you hear after he claps his hands along with the audience.

- Billie Jean in Yokohama in 1987: Number one, the way he hits the stage with his heel while singing "Billie Jean is not ma lover, Billie JEAN is not ma lover" for the last time. Number two, i love the part during the which he sings these words i cannot understand "come a Billie Jean, stalaba to be seen, hoo !". I love this part because of his voice but also because of his facial expression: after looking on his right, his facial expression changes (he looks more angry) as if he just spotted Billie Jean in the audience.

The anticipation of the crowd, the children's choir then Michael finally walking out at 1:37 gets me everytime! :woohoo:

The first few notes of I'll Be There in the J5 Medley during Bucharest '92.

and finally...THE WHOLE OF MAN IN THE MIRROR!

Panther Dance....still gets me every time....I'm speechless, goose-bumped, can't function at all...

And this, especially at 0:08:

And this:

and of course, there's lots more....but in any of my most-intense-goosebumps-Michael moments, they all share the same thing:

Nothing else matters.

The note he hits at the end of Rock With You live during the Bad tour!

The ad libs in She's Out of my Life Bad live Wembley.

The Jam entrance and those amazing ad libs during Earth Song live in Brunei, which others have mentioned.

When he comes back on stage to sing Tell Me I'm Not Dreaming with Jermaine during the Victory tour in Dallas.

The 'musical scales' in Butterflies ...

I could go on :)

The Earth Song performance in This is it. That was - for me - the best part of the whole movie. It really hit me in the soul! It made me cry right there in the cinema, because that was the moment when I realized that - genius, artist and icon aside - we lost a great human being. Michael cared about the planet and about us. He really, truthfully cared and that is rare these days!

Honestly, I hadn't thought about it before, but anything related to the BAD TOUR. His performances on that tour drive me wild and just make me go "damn, this man is really something" not like I don't know that but , it's like to me they're so raw and perfect, his talent all over. Moves, vocals, energy, everything. Every time I watch those clips I end up pulling my hair and feelin' it so much, really gives me goosebumps :woohoo:

For example, first time watching this I literally got the hots lol

Yes, yes, YES!!!!! That note at the end of Rock With You followed by the sexiest performance of Lovely One eva! The jumping hip thrust at 4.20 is the hottest thing I've seen. Gah, Bad was such a brilliant tour - and what's more, he looks like he's really enjoying it all and having fun! *sigh*

Aghh!! I know right? That is probably the longest note eva, and the Lovely One performance was soooo sexy!! I just blush thinking about it  the part you talk about, oh my..It's good to know I wasn't the only one who died watching this video :D

The begining of This Is It when Kenny Ortega is describing Light Man and says ''And on Michael's command we begin...'' and Michael throws his arm up and Wanna Be Startin Somethin kicks in.

It's not too long ago I had one... when Cirque de soleil was in Stockholm something during that night when the music was right and some great picture of Michael came up I would get goosebumps, I would also almost start crying but I guess that's another story...

Watching this. I cannot stop rewinding to hear his feet tap the floor and then the "bbbbbooooom !!!!!!!". Btw lol, when posting this i thought "i never saw him spin this way before, he usually does it the other way around. *Scratches his head* Oh i guess, it was a one-off for the sake of the logo."

Most intense goosebumps I've gotten was when I was watching the really sad songs from the Immortal show when I went last Christmas(today's actually the
day I went, but it was a Thursday last year).
It was euphoric, but tragic, just hearing his voice ring through Mandalay Bay,but he wasn't physically there.

"Kay funkay hoo !!!!!!!" I love these two scenes (the first scene is the dance part and the second one is the speech one). I like hearing James say "Two, two three ah !" with that teacher body language as if he's teaching Michael. Mike bows like "my pleasure ! :D :D :D :D" lol. I love the second scene because it's very emotional. Two, two three ah !

The tribute his brothers did at the Jackson's Unity concert this summer in Atlanta. I had to fight back tears when they played Gone Too Soon while a slide show was showing pictures and video clips of Michael's life. Being front row center made it more intense and magical. I know that I felt Michael's presence there. It was also intense seeing his brothers perform Michael's songs since that is as close as I will get to seeing MJ perform the songs. Seeing his brothers perform his songs is the next best thing. I about died of happiness when they did Heartbreak Hotel. Naturally Jermaine did the lead on Michael's songs like I was hoping he would since I am sure as a most of you on here know that Jermaine was the original lead singer of the Jackson 5.

The first time I watched 'Man In The Mirror' performance from Bucharest. Even when I'm writing about this, I still get goosebumps. It was such an amazing moment for me to see The Man performing one of the greatest and deepest songs ever with all his energy and amazing ad-libs. Not mentioning the spin which was like an icing on the cake :)
