The mainstream media used to be worth listening to and trusting before they started lowering their standards to compete with Diane Dimond.

Diane is so loud, obnoxious and catty, that they all thought they had real competition.

The starting point of the media's demise dates back to the early 1990's, as this is the period in time that Diane came from nowhere and sparked a widespread, all-out, media identity crisis causing the media to lose its way.

To this day, because the media can no longer hear with their ears, or see with their eyes, they never figured out that Diane was a stalker masquerading as one of them. She was never a true reporter. She soured the whole bunch. Look at the way she slithered from network studio to network studio in 2003 setting the stage for the biggest bogus case on earth.

Look at the way that she handled the Natalee Holloway story/case—a real life story of a teenager that disappeared in Aruba—a teen that wasn't being taught by her mother to steal and scheme to make a way in life. This was a case about a teen whose mom is grieving for real. Look at the way that Diane handled the assignment. She did not put a single ounce of real effort into covering the story about Natalee. Not a single ounce of true effort. Subsequently, she was fired.

Diane has a one-track mind because she is a Michael Jackson stalker. She is a woman of guile. I'm sure Court TV wishes they had caught on to her before she damaged their reputation beyond repair.

I wonder how much longer it's going to take for the media as a whole to remove her destructive teachings from their psyche?

like the Attorney General who is supposedly one of his advisors..I forgot the name...

from watching one of the video Days recently posted when Michael was invited to the White House by the Regans..... you could tell that they took a "liking" to Michael... and I've also seen the picture of Michael and M/M Regan...causually in the whitehouse.. (one picture with Michael at the piano)

guys,we can't expect all fans to have top notch knowledge or any knowledge of financial things at the level mj is involved in.

some of us are good w/ legal jargon and can decipher court babble. others are good at the atv percentages and structuring and payouts and others understand this financial gobbledygook.

but to the shitstirrers who just like to stir up shiit, stop...it stinks

I don't understand something....

Was the loan taken over by 1224, LLC or this Barrack guy? It seems to be two different entities to me. Or are they related?
 
^ They're the same. Everything links back to the Colony Capital corporate headquarters in Los Angeles. The "1224, LLC." appears to have been established by Colony Capital just one week ago specifically to handle the loan takeover from DBCG, but I haven't looked too deeply into it. But again, everything regarding this matter is now under Colony Capital and its subsidiaries.
 
Firstly I would like to congratulate Soso def on the safe arrival of baby Zac, he looks beautiful.
Secondly, thank you to TSCM and anyone else who has kept us updated regarding the fate of Neverland. This new arrangement all sounds good and positive.
Im glad to hear that this has been resolved for Michael and so he can now, in his words, 'have more time for the future'.
 
I always said Michael should take care of his problems in order to be able to move forward. And by the sound of it, that's exactly what's happening now. Because the press release not only talks about Neverland, but also 'other matters'.

This is only positive. It doesn't mean there's no huge loan or anything, but making a good deal opens the door to a real solution and that's good. That way he can focus on the things that really matter. And also professionally it clears the way for new things.

And I think it's a good thing Michael is represented by someone else now *blush*
 
Is Ms. Bain really gone? I wonder why she didn't issue the press release?

Yep, on the Regan connection. And check this, turns out that Mr. Thomas Barrack is a neighbor of Michael's. He has a 1,200-acre ranch that's right in between the Ronald Regan estate and Neverland. Mr. Barrack's ranch is about 11 miles down the road from Neverland. Not New York City type neighbor's, but neighbor's nonetheless. LOL!

They knew each other, before this deal went down. I said it yesterday, and I'll say it again: Michael knows some really powerful people. Thank God!

Oh no, no, not Judith Regan. We are talking about former U.S. President Ronald Regan and his wife Nancy.

Like Rasta Pasta, I too believe that the Regan's had a special place in their heart's for Michael.

Nacncy and ronald reagan used to be regular visitors at Neverland. Many celebs like Liz and Malon Brando and liza used to use Neverland like a retreat. They would go there instead of public hotels cause it was private.

"Neverland Is Now Someone Else's Problem." PLEASE! Harvey Levin can only dream of having a "problem", such as the 2,900 acre Neverland.
