I think that's a screencap from his private home videos there's a segment in the documentary where he speaks about a trip to mexico and they show a small segment with him looking like this - but then they don't show anything related to the trip they skipped that part

as for the cigarette pic I don't think he's really smoking he had Frank Dileo with him the cig. must've been his
