Celebs who supported Michael?

This isn't really related but anyway..

Does anyone have any information about the Arviso's trying to sue Chris?

"The persona that is created of Michael Jackson is very different when you're in a room with him, when you're talking to him. He's very funny. He actually fights. I was surprised. He's like a blue belt in Tae Kwan Do or something. I'd just done 'Ali,' and I felt that Michael Jackson might be able to hurt me. That dude looks sharp. He's a fast mover. You see how somebody could dance and move that good and do those spins. That takes strength man." --Will Smith (2002)

Why are you guys forgetting several of the main people at Motown who supported him: Berry Gordy Jr.
Diana Ross
Gladys Knight
Dionne Warwick
The Osmond family

But please help me out, I don't remember hearing anything from Sharon Stone at all. I don't think Amy Winehouse was really around then or not that big here in the US yet.

I didn't think Diana and Michael were in touch for at least 6 - 7 years

I wouldn't include Justin full-heartedly. He said not that long ago about Michael "I love the music and hate the man"

Really? I have a hard time believing this since he was in tears as he left Elton John's party the night MJ died. There are quotes everywhere about Michael from JT and they are all completely positive.

^ Everyone was in tears/felt some sort of sadness when MJ passed. That's hardly the point here. Beyonce's a twat because she hid away during the years he was under scrutiny and then she started showing all this love for him. Justin has said nice things about him before he died but I believe he's also said negative things. He's still young afterall, and young people have a media-influenced view of Michael Jackson. Many british celebrities for example and I'm not suprised that Lil Wayne called him a p****. Eminem's another example; he's immature and ghetto. Go figure.

Immature and ghetto people will always say negative things about Michael and it doesn't matter if they showed emotion since his passing because everyone did that; it got to the point where if you didn't it just made you look like a ignorant, heartless ****.

^^yeah exactly!! Even Martin Bashir and Tom sneddon are devastated  These people feeling sad about his death don't mean anything! Everyone was 'sad'.

yeh i know but i really would not expect him to say 'I love the music, HATE the man' he gives out a very different impression..I've always thought he liked him.

Bashir made me SICK when he talked about him after his death! Tom Sneddon said something? OH. MY. GOD

it is a sad commentary about our society that fans have to post threads LOOKING for people who were positive toward MJ, during 2005 or any real dark moment. it shouldn't be this hard to search for the positive people...but..indeed....it is hard. anybody who hates on someone for being a totally positive person causes the world to truly hang in the balance.
So true. I dont think you'll find this kind of thread in other celeb's forum. This is sad about MJ.

Chris Tucker didnt stick up for him during the trail. I remember reading about it and him talking bad about Michael on the news.

first of all I never heard about that
2end of all Chris and his Ex went court with MJ many times you can ask the fans that were there and they'll tell you it is true
his Ex defended MJ on AH during the trial and Chris was seen with MJ in the middle east after the trial theres even a YT video

^ is Johnny Depp a supporter?? That's cool! Has he ever really defended him or is he just kinda neutral and refuses to engage in commentary? He's really astute and laid back so he wouldnt buy into media garbage, I can imagine.

edit: sorry, for post above that one :)
I can't quote word for word but I definitely remember seeing Johnny on Leno around the time of his 'Charlie & the chocolate factory' movie release (not sure if that was at the time of the trial, it couldn't have been long after if so) and Leno said to him something to the affect of "I hear the Willy Wonka character is based on Michael Jackson?"' and Johnny just shot him a dirty look and said "No, Michael Jackson loves children and Willy Wonka hates them." Nuff said. If you thought Johnny couldn't get any sexier, you were mistaken!

What a great thing for Johnny to say.

LOL, that is great :). I've always loved Johnny Depp.

his support is quite logical actually. He was close friends with Marlon Brando, and of course Marlon Brando was close friends with Michael, so if Johnny Depp doens't personally know Michael, his opinion about him would be based on Marlon's opinion, so it would obviously be good...

I can't read through all these pages so don't know if she was added...but Amy Lee (the lead singer of a metal band called Evanescence) has ALWAYS been a huge supporter of Michael Jackson BEFORE his death and after. Even saying she felt her whole childhood died on June 25th 2009.

Here's some pics of Amy wearing a Mike shirt in concert in 2003

That's because loads of us Michael Jackson fans blame them for everything wrong that happened to Michael.......including his death!!!!!

And they might be scared that an angry fan might take out their frustrations on them!
