I got it!!!!!!!!! I finally got it!!! Woooo hoooo!!! I was almost crying while looking at it...My sister and I looked at it together...Haven't read anything yet though...Just skimmed through it...I can't wait to relax and experience the magic that this book is...!! I was sooo excited when FedEx finally showed up!! It's so beautiful!!

I didn't get any type of tracking number or any responses from Opus either...It just showed up....I think that's how it's gonna be for most people....It may take longer to get to you, but when it does, it'll be worth the wait...It's really breathtaking, and it's sad at the same time...

Thanks for letting me vent, you do the same if you need to as well!

i held the opus with my two hands for the first time. I had to use my knees for support haha. The Art Lover is a great chapter.

I had to use my knees as well...Ya, it's massive...I really loved the Art Lover chapter as well...Probably one of my favourite parts of the book...It showed a side of MIchael no one ever got to see....What creativity and imagination he had...I wish more people could have seen that side of him...

I just one of one or two more people waiting for this in my country so I feel like a bit "isolated"... like the FedEx guy... you know... Cast away... Wilson... :ermm:

I am in Aus, and I have sent 5 emails to no response. I am enraged. Here is the phone number they give on the website: +44 (0)20 7213 9587

I think it's disgusting how they justify the "one glove" thing... the truth is that they're just trying to skimp in any way possible. The glove they give isn't even sequined, so I fail to see how a protective glove to view the opus is related to a Michael Jackson glove. them giving one glove simply increases the risk of us accidentally touching and therefore damaging the Opus. I am starting to hate this company.

I totatly agree with you in regards to the 1 glove, its all about saving money and nothing to do with being a tribute to Michael Jackson.
 
After receiving my tracking number early morning on the 17th my package with a scheduled delivery for the 22nd appears to be still to be picked up by fedex :(
 
For everyone in Europe who received FedEx tracking information but nothing is advancing, I will call Kraken Opus this morning and post my findings here.
 
Its 3 days before christmas.. No Opus, No tracking number and not a single email or reply from Karen Opus! Now we hear that there are errors in the opus, only one glove given (how can we handle such a huge book with one hand??), and u can buy it cheaper else where!
This is really bad! I don't think I would pre-order anything again! I hope MJ's estate does somthing about this situation... MJ was about being the best of the best, what Kraken Opus is doing is not an acceptable standard!
 
So it sounds like everyone else has been told the same story by the Times (Book People) as me... hopefully we should start receiving them TODAY! Although lets hope the weather doesnt hold them back! If you receive yours can you post on here so we can keep track?? (Also let us know which courier should be coming!)

ordered mine on 9th September...requested delivery to Europe..my account was debited straight away.today 22December still no tracking number..
 
An update for this morning: nothing's happened. Congrats to the lucky ones who've got your Opuses now! :) I wish to join you in the not-too-distant future.
 
Just tried to ring Opus, but no answer - I'll try again in 5 minutes :)
 
Good to hear the Times ones are being delivered now! :D Opus still not answering the phone!
