Yes, it is FACT. Michael SAID it, and that is incredibly significant. I don't know if Michael had access to phones, or not. There was that account by Follower Fans that after they gave him the letters, Michael's security staff rushed him into the house but told the FF they could talk to him by phone. But then, all calls were dropped and they never got through, and don't even know for sure if he read the letters, or if the Security took them, or what? I believe what the FF said. They would have no reason to lie about that, and it corroborates other accounts of the "unreachability" of Michael.
Then there was that strangeness about "no working phones" that somehow prevented Murray from calling 911 in a timely way. That is INSANE. (Note how that detail has vanished from media?) Michael had children and was very safety conscious. NO responsible parent would fail to have working phones, in case a child got ill, had an accident, or there was a break-in attempt. Did that mean the phones had been disabled and Michael was unable to call out? It might very well mean that, and it's chilling.
