so the madness goes on. not surprised the press conference and murray going ot the courthouse didnt happen it was P.R games from them from the start.

dimond works with the daily beast and posner has been trying to defend murray from the outset.

so role on monday frankly id rather have a charge of IM with other stacked charges that push a sentence upto 15 years than a charge of murder 2 that he gets away with cause jurors are scared of the murder word and its conitations

I just talked to someone of the DA's office. They said they have no case yet, and that the LAPD hasn't completed their investigations yet. WTF? is wrong with them?!! They guy said he is not aware of any case against and that the LAPD is responsible

Why in the heck would that happen, its ODD??!

The D.A has released a statement to the media saying charges will be filed on Monday. If they hadn't had received the case by now then they would have said so. God this is all so frustrating. Another few days of Murray walking round a free man. It makes me sick.

well that depends on what u believe to be the truth. i for one arent intrested in IU until evidence is shown to support it. so at this stage until the D.A reveals their case and they believe it was murder 1 all i can go with is murder 2 based on gross disregard.everyone wants a conviction rather than not getting one and if that means charging a lesser charge but adding stacked charges thattakes him to the same sentence as murder 2 than ill take that.

I am so sick of all of this. Why are they doing this. Just arrest him and get it over with? At this point it is not about Murray. It's about the trial (God, I PRAY he pleads not guilty) and the truth that will come out then. The real culprits will be exposed. Is this the delay? Is this why they are hanging a carrot at us at ever turn. There have been serval reports about Murray being charged. What happens? Nothing!!. Now his going to turn his self in, its all on CNN, this BS. What happens? Nothing!!. Then they say it's going to be a press conference, What happens? Nothing!! Okay, I am at my last straw with this. Charge him already. He is guilty, this is obvious. If he is not charged Monday, they, ARE, playing with us. And I am no longer playing their game. Are emotions are already high, all this does is makes it worse.

I totally agree! Murray and his team are going to show up, and Murray will show the "I'm ready to surrender face" then if the DA ends up not filing the charges, they will have the advantage of saying "ha, see, the prosecution isn't even ready yet!" See, now they are going to hold a news conference and according to TMZ "We're told attorneys Ed Chernoff and J. Michael Flanagan will publicly complain that they have become pawns in a feud between the L.A. County D.A. and the LAPD."

It's all part of the master plan. They're playing "good cop, bad cop" for the big show.

I might be reading a little about it here, but "they" won't catch me watching it for sure. It's just part of the distraction as Obama surrenders the internet to the UN Illuminati. Google it!

Detective English said the ones in charge of the Murray case are not available right now and will be back on monday, .. I called the Karen Faye number, maybe someone else wants to try it out?

- Have the files been handed over to the DA's office yet ? If so, is this the major crimes division ?
- When do you expect to arrest Conrad Murray ?
- Can you say anything about other arrests in this case since several doctors were investigated ?
- Does the celebrity status factor into this at all, in your honest opinion ?

Thanks but I already called them, and they told me that the ones in charge of Murray case are not available now.? (Don't if this is true or not) Maybe someone else can try as the guy will probably recognize my voice if I try again today

Both of those Daily Beast articles are written by Gerald Posner who did the first print fluff "interview" with Murray, went further to write an article speculating that Michael injected and killed himself (despite the coroner ruling his death a homicide), went on show after show claiming that the autopsy photos were leaked, and on and on and on....in short, I would take anything he writes with a grain of salt because he certainly seems to doing his best to support the defense.

The upshot is that maybe TMZ is very wrong about the charge being filed. If it were simply a Involuntary Manslaughter charge it would have been filed already. So maybe the charges and case is a bit more complicated than we think and that it's taking time to get it all pounded out. I just hope that the charges will be stacked against Murray .

But yo, I've never seen such tomfuckery in all my life. Michael was handcuffed and thrown in jail within HOURS and here the D.A. is negotiating with Murray on how he should surrender BEFORE charges are even filed. What a load of B.S.

great questions there, but I don't agree with pretending to be a student interested in law. We need to let them know we are ABSOLUTELY concerned, and none of this is for our own benefit to get a good grade or anything like that.

Until there is actual movement by law enforcement, none of us are going to know what's going on or when.

TMZ is not running the case in any capacity and should not be relied upon. When ALL of the real news agencies start reporting details, that is when we will actually be able to tell that there are new developments.

Until then, we'll just have to sit tight and stay strong for MJ.
