No, not really. Apparently they love me, I'm great, blah blah blah ... but no pay rise as I am too close to the top of my pay range. There is nearly £1000's worth of room but they obviously don't value me enough despite what they say.
I was really upset, I cried :boohoo: SO embarassing someone of my age crying over that but I think what happened last week got to me finally and I feel so unappreciated on top of unresolved stuff about being burgled.
