Latest on MJJC

How did you come to MJJC?

I got to know MJJC by google but I have been anxious about participating foreign forum because I am not good at English.....
I decided to register to be one of you guys because I felt lonely after Michael passed away.
I want get along with you and enjoy.
 
I used to hang around and chat on MJIFC a lot before it closed down :cry: And a lil while later MJJF was born and I joined ofcourse.:D And then all of a sudden I lost the site somehow and figured out the name changed to MJJC:hysterical:
 
I was a member of another MJ forum years ago, but I ended up being away from it for so long I forgot what it was called and when I was looking for it on Google I found MJJC and decided to join.
 
I met the lovely StaceyMJ at the MJ club night in Brighton back in December, and she told me about this place. I was on another forum but found I preferred this one :)
 
Can't remember exactly what year I joined MJJF, 2002 maybe? It was before I even had a "real" computer, just "WebTV". Found it through searching on WebTV for Michael Jackson news and sites.

Being an old geezer, Michael and the Jackson five had always been a major part of my musical experience. When I found MJJF (pre-cursor to MJJC), it all just came together. Things happened, MJJF was a major part of Celebration of Love show in LA, I was involved and the start of a long term admiration and respect to all things Michael and the MJJF and MJJC boards. Tons of stories, experiences, ups and downs throughout the years. It's been a rollercoaster of emotions-

(Waves to all the silent but omnipresent members from years gone by-)

I used to chat at MJIFC, then AOL's MJ Chat room, then I dropped AOL and missed the fan community, searched MJ Internet fan-clubs, liked this one the best, and here I am :)
 
MJNO Refugee =( Good times, made some good friends there too.

MJEOL was awesome during the trial but everything kinda cooled and slowed down...
I'm formerly mjsangel on both forums a couple of years ago.

Ever since Michael's passing I started looking for old forums like MJEOL and MJJForum for info but I was redirected to MJJC, so here I am. Its helped alot, I must say.

i was registered to nearly every mj board on the net, but my home was MJNO (mjnewsonline.com) i visited the other boards every so often and visited this 1 but never joined here until MJNO was closed. :)
 
Judith Hill mentioned it on her Twitter page so I had to check it out, just waiting for this new member ban to lift off of me :) this place is awesome!

I was at MJNO too, did not post much but I liked the board. I'm sorry it closed, I enjoyed reading there.

I have been here since 2004, came on because of the trial. I followed the 93 case so close. I remember some of my first posts were about Tabloid Truth & Paul Barresi. I was very naive back then - I just thought if we all wrote letters to the media they would see the truth & do some investigating. LOL.

I am very grateful for the boards to be here for the fans. I would feel lost without them.
 
I was on MJFC before, and that board closed somewhere around the period when HMH leaked..like can you believe that? From out of all those periods it could have closed done, it needed to close down during this one! :p Finally some new material and they decided to close it down, I'm still pissed when I think about it. I was so frustrated haha.
So I was desperately looking for another board, I really needed to discuss the song, so I stumbled across this one.
I never left since.

Oh my gosh, I can remember the first time I posted overhere. It was so ''big'' compared to MJFC, so much people and so many threads and sub-forums (there are even more now lol). We were all so happy about HMH and were discussing wether there would or would not be a video. I immediately liked the place and it's people.

MJFC was my first fanboard, so it will always have a special place in my heart. I remember even calling with a member from America during the trial lol. My phone bills were really high around my MJFC time, because everyone kept texting each other for news. MJFC re-opened somewhere around October/November 2008, but the board lost it's magic imo, so I sticked to this one. I totally love it overhere, there were times when I didn't feel like posting again, but no matter how much I've complained or the things I said about this board, I will always eventually return to this board out of all the other boards I'm signed up at.:)

I am totally in love with MJJC again, feels like I returned home from a long holiday!

I was on MJNO during the trial because I was in a debate class. My project was the trial and if he was guilty or innocent,and MJNO happened to be the best resource. I would browse MJJC every now and then but never felt the need to join. Then everything with Michael happened and here I am...
 
Interesting thread/question.

Immediately after learning of Michael's passing at what was 10.30pm UK time on 25th June I searched the internet and found lots of posts from this site.
I had fought hard to get tickets to see TTI concert, ( and got them) and was just so in a state of shock and disbelief that I tried to join here.
I wanted to be in touch with people who love Michael.:yes:
This site was jammed, so I remember emailing to beg to join.
Eventually I got in and so here I am.
I have so much respect for older long time members here who transferred from other sites including this one when it was MJJ forums.
I wasnt on any fan forum but glad to be here now.:yes:

I goggled it as well, heard about this larhe community from other people who are here so I became recently a member :)
 
I heard of MJJC on TV! Some newsreporter was on the site getting fans reactions or something.

I was looking at an MJ macro and it mentioned something about "MJJC Girls" or something xD

Anyways, I wondered "What is that??"

So I looked it up on Google and that's how I found this site and I thought it was really nice so I immediately created an account =P

I was in a state of shock when I heard the news that said Michael was gone... :cry: I really needed some comfort and searched for MJ sites on the net, and that's how I finally signed in here. MJJC is actually the only forum that I'm signed in, I don't usually do net forums at all. But I have really enjoyed my time here and I don't know how I would had been able to carry on 8 months without MJJC :love:
 
hello all! i'm brand new here. i found this site because it was mentioned on another music-related board that i frequent. i have to say i'm glad i found it because i had seen some of the MJ macros on that board and had a bunch of them saved, but i had lost a few. now that i've discovered the macro thread, i've found the ones i lost plus a whole lot more! lol!

i really wish i had known about this place when we lost MJ. i could've used the support. :(
 
I was recommended to the fan of same Michael and learnt this site.
I want to talk about Michael now all.
